- Calculation bug fixed:
In the Bi-Quadratic interpolation routine there was a bug in a very small
strip next to the 0-Meridian (~ 0.25 in the 10'-grid, 0.0625 in 2.5'-grid
and 0.025 in the 1' grid). The other interpolation routines were ok.

- EGM2008 Gridmaker:
Calculates a rectangular grid and stores the result in an Output-File.
Bi-Quadratic interpolation is used.
- EGM2008 File Calc:
Calculates geoid heights of a list of points given in a File and stores
the results in an Output-File. Different formats for Input-Files.
Textfiles and GGA-File are supported.
Bi-Quadratic interpolation is used.
- Available databases:
* Internal database: 10'x10'-grid
* External 1'x1' database from NGA (e.g. Und_min1x1_egm2008_isw=82_WGS84_TideFree_SE)
* External 2.5'x2.5' database from NGA (e.g. Und_min2.5x2.5_egm2008_isw=82_WGS84_TideFree_SE)
