摘要：民间艺术资源保护和开发本身就是一项重要的文化活动，它表现出一个民族、一

个地区的文化价值观念，表现出民众对于物质和精神的双重需求维度。一个好的艺术作品，应是具有使用和审美的双重价值，符合民族性和世界性的双重要求。所以厘清河南民间艺术与保护、开发活动的关系及相互的促进作用是相当重要的艺术理论命题，是关乎艺术创新和艺术教育导向的重要契机。

Abstract ：The protection and development of folk arts resources are the important cultural activities. They are the national and a region’s cultural value concept， which shows the dual needs of material and spirit. An excellent piece of art work should have double values of the use and aesthetic， in line with national and international requirements. So it is very important to clarify the relationship between Henan’s folk arts and protection and development activities， and the promotion of mutual promotion. It is an important opportunity for art innovation and art education.

作为中国的文化大省，河南民间艺术资源以及艺术符号的保护与开发，是个重大的文化学理论命题，然而，最能体现中原文明的原生态格调并极具人类学、社会学、文化学、美学、艺术学研究价值的“民间艺术资源”却长期遭受到了忽视甚至漠视的境遇。一方面大量的民间艺术资源是碎片化的、很难找到统一的体系和研究范式；另一方面由于我们长期将视阈集中于宏大叙事的、具有某种价值意义的文化存在，形成了某种思维惯性，反而对于分布在我们日常生活
