在SAT阅读题型中，目的题比较让人头疼，主要原因有两点：第一，较多的目的题涉及的原文篇幅较大，第二，目的题通常会和相关原文的内容与位置-也就是上下文有关。
针对这两点，我们能够找到目的题解题方法的着手点：从涉及原文篇幅长短来分类说明。
第一种：整体性目的题-整篇文章的目的-OG-test 1-passage4-question32-pg343

整篇文章的目的题一般是和文章的主旨有关，也就是说我们遇整体性的题目都读完整篇文章也就是放到最后去做;
这篇文章属于演讲文体，通常开篇点题;通过这篇文章的结构：只有两段-line1-11为第一段，line12-80为第二段;这样来看主旨也应该在第一段!以下是第一段：
