Person Statement

It is my conviction that the meaning of life does not dwell in the length of time that one can live or the material abundance that one can acquire, but in the richness and the wonderfulness of life itself. With the increase of my age, many things in my life have changed. But one thing remains constant, that is, I will consistently insist on doing what I like to do and hope that my endeavors can be valuable to the life of others. I see this as the only way whereby I can realize the value of my life.

My postgraduate study focused on control engineering and I achieved remarkable scholastic performance in this field. For three consecutive years of my postgraduate study, I received scholarships for my distinguished academic performance. Generally speaking, I am a student who studies hard and is strict with herself. Besides studying, I also take an active part in all kinds of class activities and school club activities. During the University, I served as an editor for two years on the radio station. During the postgraduate school, I served as a branch of the class and a propaganda department of the graduate student association. These activities developed my organizational and coordination abilities.

There are two reasons why I apply for Huaiyin Institute of Technology counselors.On the one hand, my personality is more suitable for a counselor. I am optimistic and outgoing, with a positive attitude. I always

do things seriously and carefully with the sense of responsibility. On the other hand, I like the work of college counselors. I think the college counselor is very important,because It plays a guiding role in the development of college students. I hope to provide guidance and help for the students by my own learning and experience. At the same time, what attracts me more is the good atmosphere of the university campus and the simplicity and beauty of getting along with students.

I want to talk about my understanding of university counselors, mainly talking about the role of counselors and the basic tasks of counselors.College counselor is the most basic leader, organization manager and coordinator of the college students' work. It is both a information officer for two-way communication between teaching and learning, and a waitress in the study life of the students.If I apply for a counselor, I will play the following roles:First of all, I must be a good teacher for students,I will strengthen the management of students, including political and ideological aspects, as well as extracurricular activities, social practice and so on.Secondly, I must be a good friend of students. I will strengthen the communication with them, understand their psychological condition and ideological situation in time, solve their psychological and life difficulties , and become the confidant friends who respect the them, care for them, understand them and support them.Finally, I will be an example of the students, and I insist that I have

a firm political belief, a lofty state of thought, a broad knowledge structure, and an honest character.
