The bar chart illustrates that changes in percentage of having part-time jobs among university students from freshman to senior. Overall,the tend of this phenomenon is rising over a period of 4 years.

The proportion of students have part-time jobs,accounting for 67.77% at begining of college. This proportion slightly increases by around 3% and 4% between sophomore and junior,which takes up 71.13% and 71.93% respectively. However,the figure for pupils who have part-time positions reaches a peak in the rest of period,at 88.24%. It means that the numbers of students of having part-time jobs in senior is much more than ever related to other time.

In conclusion,students are growing numbers to realize that importance of part-time jobs so that there is obvious growth in having part-time positions with age. On the other hand,I have a belief that students should give a priority to study rather than earning money by this way because study is major task in colleges. For that reason,I believe that if pupils can finish their academic assignment easily,may be they could take use of free time appropriately to do something meaningful such as part-time jobs.

解析:

1、开头段直击主题,图标的main idea是什么就写什么,本文的主题是“大学生找兼职的比例”,那么改写一下题目(尽可能不要照抄原题,因为这也检测你词汇量和语法手段的一点,领悟什么叫做paraphrase)

2、Overall 是全局概况的意思,如果想写这一句最好从整体趋势的角度写,比如本文的数据

整体呈上升趋势,那描述就好了。(本句可有可无,自如不够的情况写可用这句话凑字数)3、图表题讲究严谨,图标是比例的,就应该用percentage或者proportion,注意其后面的介词必须为of(本文中也用了figure for的结构,是为了避免词汇重复,figure意为“数据”,属于万能词汇)

4、第二段我就直接描述图表了,这一段最体现作文功底。

新手应该注意以下几点:

①数据的选取。数据多时要学会抓重点,省去不必要的数据,或者归并数据,如本文中的第二组和第三组数据我就并在一起写了,这样的好处是文章简洁明了(此处显功力,如果没有把握能把数据很好的合并描述,宁可分开写)。

②动词、介词、句型的选用要十分慎重。图表类讲究严谨!图表类讲究严谨!图表讲究严谨!(重要的事说三遍)因此,词汇的选择是十分严格的,本文中的介词大多不可轻易替换,因为大多为固定用法。

③相对于介词,动词则灵活很多,若想灵活替换则根据具体语境,但是忌用大词难词,(中国考生的一大恶习)无论是现在分词表伴随还是简单的主谓宾结构都是符合语法规则且十分地道的表达,这样自己的表达应该多积累。如本文中出现了-ing结构表伴随,也出现了with结构作状语,介词+数据做补语。。。。。。其实还有很多结构,但是由于这篇作文数据较为简单,没有必要用太多花式繁多的结构(当然你想秀grammar也可以)

④最后说句型,本段特意选择了一些常用的地道句型,但是都不太难。几乎每句话的句法结构都不尽相同,大家应该细细揣摩(这里是故意的啊,只是为了给大家展示句法的灵活性,其实考场上是来不及这样子玩的,时间紧张啊)如果大家不满足这些简单的用法,还可以自行参考语法书,诸如独立主格,从句嵌套......(其实语法无谓简单还是难,地道才是第一位的,写作的本质考查的是外语的思维方式)

5、第三段是comment部分,这一段是考研图表类作文的特色,我把它总结为——合理想象。

新手要注意以下几点:

①本段是ending部分,既担负总结的功能又要表达个人观点,所以要完美把这两点结合起来不是容易。我采取的“折中法”即先说一下这样做的好处,进而退一步表达自己的想法,这样显得比较自然。(作文评分标准中coherence是重要的一环哦)

②进入合理想象环节。首先是要合理!大家不要脑洞大开各种乱想,这会很恐怖。例如,这个柱状图讲的就是大学生找兼职的情况,大家就紧紧围绕着一点展开就好,你可以说兼职的重要性(占比很大),或者你对找兼职的看法,还可以说兼职和学习的关系。。。。。。这

都叫合理想象,至于有些同学可能会想兼职积累经验为将来就业做准备,继而会说到实习经验的重要性。。。。。。这就跑偏了,一旦这一环节没有扣题,examiner就会狠狠扣分,所以大家一定要有始有终(所以培根说写作使人周密嘛)

③合理的想象后就开始动笔写了。这一段我用了典型的表达观点的句型,既不太难也不简单,大家如果觉得这类句型匮乏就要有意识的积累,并且选择喜欢≧2个句型经常练习,因为有些情况下,可能提笔想不起来这些“老相好”了,那么备用“小三”就要紧急救场(这是我的血泪史啊)。另外,衔接词也很重要。恰当自然的衔接会让文章保持很好的流畅性,但是一旦用不好,就会造成违和感。如,有些同学喜欢用一些自以为高大上的衔接词,如moreover,nevertheless。。。。。。这些词表达的转折关系都有其固定的语境,在学术类文章中,作比较时才会用到这种强转折,而在考研英语作文中则不适用(毕竟是一篇150词的article 啊,连个essay都算不上,何必呢!)这里大家一定要避开这类备考误区哈。

6、最后,跟大家说一下词汇吧。大家精读文章时,会发现我在尽力避免词汇、短语重复啦,这一点其实是最难做到的。要想精准的找到同义替换并且灵活运用其实不简单,大家只能依靠平时的积累,多多精读范文,注意积累synonyms,没有捷径哦

其实写作无非就是四个标准——vocabulary,grammar,coherence,structures(国内的英语考试这一点不是很看重,因为三段式实在谈不上structure只要段落衔接恰当就好)。考研英语的写作注重的是英文写作能力的考察,对于英文的逻辑行文方式较为轻视,所以大家不要太担心写不出来怎么办,而要担心写不好怎么办。写作和翻译互通有无,建议大家把这两部分结合起来练习,我当初考四级的时候就这样做的,事半功倍呢!写作真心不太难,而且即使大家从现在开始准备,也来得及呢!
