课堂随笔 英语组宋丽雪 一、备课应重在备学生 新课标强调：教学应以人为本，让不同的人在英语上得到不同的发展！的确，学生作为教育教学的主体对象，他们是一个个发展中的人，亦是一个个发展不平衡的人，更是一个个有强烈求知欲望的人，因此，在备课时，头脑中绝不能只有大纲意识、教科书意识、教参意识，更重要的，应切实了解并尊重学生的已有知识，并以此为基础引导他们主动探索、学习新知识。 在本课的教学中，重点是让孩子掌握4个季节，天气以及这个季节的活动。如果像以前出示图片教单词，天气，我想学生也能掌握这些知识。但对于回答“What do you do?”他们的回答可能就没这么丰富多彩，学生的思维不会在画画和互相交流中碰出火花，对于春天的描述也不会如此生动，一堂课也就这么平平淡淡地过去了，英语课也就似有似无的结束了。 可见，备课时做到“心中有学生”，让学生在学习中感受到兴趣，而不是痛苦。只有这样，孩子们才会学得更主动；课堂也不是机械兑现教案的过程！ 二、在上课时，教师应勇于“让位”给学生 新课标强调：学生是学习的主人，教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。为此，教师要改变以往教学中“满堂灌”、“一言堂”、而要勇敢地“让位”，勇敢地把课堂还给学生，勇敢地把学习的主动权交给学生。 整堂课，通过画画引导学生去学英语、说英语，用画画把学生的思维得以最大限度的展开，他们你一言，我一语地交流着并且互相倾听着，碰撞着，从由一个单词到一个句子，最后成一篇文章。而我只是作为一个引导者，鼓励学生用自己的思维去探索，用自己的语言去表达、交流。我想：只有这样，老师才能算是真正的“让位”，才能算是让学生从真正意义上进行自主学习。也只有老师这样真正地“让
