发动机高强度液力螺栓设计制造装配问题分析

摘要:ACD320发动机的重要螺栓采用大预紧力的高强度液力螺栓,材料利用率高。针对这种螺栓的结构设计优

化、制造装配问题,进行了螺纹尾部有无凹槽结构的对比分析,采用三维轴对称模型和螺旋模型对螺纹的变形量进行有

限元计算,并结合预紧力误差实验、螺距及螺纹直径公差对装配的影响实验,优化了螺栓设计,最终完成装机后的性能与

耐久试验。结果表明,凹槽结构能够有效降低螺纹尾部的最大应力和应力幅值;三维螺旋模型更能准确地反映出螺纹的

变形量,并且需要采用更大的螺纹间隙配合才能避免安装时螺母卡滞现象;较大预紧力会使被连接件接触表面产生压

塌,导致预紧力下降约4.4%。研究结果为今后的设计与优化提供实践基础和理论依据。

Abstract :It is used in the key bolts of ACD320engine by high strength hydraulic bolts with large pre-tightening force

and high material utilization rate.For optimal design of structural,and the problem of manufacture and assembly,it is carried

on contrastive analysis of the thread end whether there is grooves of the structure.Finite element calculation of thread deforma-

tion is done by using three dimensional axisymmetric model and spiral model,and combined with error experiment of pre-

tightening force,the influence experiment of the pitch and thread diameter tolerances on assembly.It perfected the bolt design

and finally completed the performance and durability test after installing on the engine.The results indicated that the groove

structure can effectively reduce the maximum stress and amplitude stress of the screw tail,the three-dimensional screw model

can more accurately reflect the amount of screw deformation,and it needs to adopt larger thread clearance fit to avoid the nut

sticking during the installation.Due to the large pre-tightening force,the contact surface of the joints will collapse,resulting in

a decrease of about 4.4%of the pre-tightening force.The research results provided practical basis and theoretical basis for the

future design and optimization.
