5.学生能在理解的基础上合作复述故事。

6.能了解中西方文化中不同的生日风俗习惯。

Step1. Pre-story

1.Enjoy the songs: Happy birthday(不同国家的生日歌)

2.Duty report (呈现五月份日历)

1)What festivals are coming? (PPT呈现端午节、父亲节(U7有渗透图片)

--Dragon Boat Festival (in May or June; on the 20th of June this year--3 day holiday); Father’s Day

(初步感受时间前面介词的不同用法,再感知the _____ of ______的表达)

4.揭题:

1) T: My birthday is on the 22nd of June. I can have my birthday at home. I’d like to have a big lunch and see a film in the afternoon. Y eah!

Step2. While-story

1.Watch and find: Today Miss Li and her Ss are also talking about birthdays. What do you want to know about their birthdays?

(设计意图:用P80 有关活动的词卡,稍作改变,让Ss选择填空,check 序号,T同时贴板书与黑板上,全班朗读)(这个过程中T逐步引导学生感知两国生日不同的特点)

3)校对时进行文化拓展。(e.g. Noodles means ‘long life’)

3.Reading
