英语应用文写作教学大纲 课程名称:英语应用文写作英文名称: Practical English Writing 课程编号:07128 学时数:54 学分数:3 适用专业:外贸英语、国际贸易、国际贸易 英语应用文写作教学大纲 第一部分大纲说明 一、课程的性质、教学目的、任务和教学基本要求 1.课程的性质、教学目的 通过本课程的学习,使学生能根据公务或私务的需要,写作出既符合党和国家的路线、方针、政策以及有关的法律、法规,又符合应用写作格式和要求的应用文。 2.教学任务:通过本课程的学习,要求学生掌握公文、事务文书、礼仪文书、科研文书、专用书信等应用文体的格式和写作要求,学会比较熟练地写作这些应用文。 3.教学基本要求: ①培养学生良好的思想品德和敬业精神; ②熟练掌握与本专业相关的应用文体的写作; ③掌握日常生活中使用频率高的应用文体的写作; ④了解本教材涉及到的其他文体的写作。 二、本课程与相关课程的衔接、配合关系 应用写作是语文课所学写作知识的实践,因此,学好语文课是学好本课程的前提条件。本课程又是文秘基础课程的基础,它为文秘基础课程提供了文书撰写、文书处理等的基础知识和基本技能。此外,本课程还将为其他需要应用写作的学科提供知识的储备。 三、教学方法和教学形式的建议 1.教学方法:本课程实践性较强,建议根据录音课讲授的重点和难点进行面授辅导。面授辅导课要注重培养学生的写作能力和自学能力。 2.教学形式:以音像主讲课为主,自学与面授辅导为辅。 3.实践性环节教学要求:本课程内容具有较强的实践性,因此,教学过程中要结合课程内容,让学生多提笔写作,切实把写作的理论知识转变为写作的能力。 各知识点实践性教学环节要求见大纲正文的“教学建议”部分。 四、特殊说明 1.教学媒体设置及要求:本课程的教学媒体设置有文字教材、教学录音带和学习指导书三种。三种媒体,相互联系,缺一不可。 2.课程的教学要求层次:本课程教学大纲本文部分系统地规定了教学内容的范围、深度及其体系和结构,提出在基础知识和基本技能的培养和思想教育等方面不同层次的教学要求。根据其重点程度,依次分为重点掌握、掌握、学会、了解等几个层次。 3.本大纲的适用范围:本大纲适用于中等专业学校开设有应用写作课程的文秘与档案管理专业、公关专业、饭店服务与管理专业、服装设计与加工专业等。 4.教学中应注意的问题:本课程实践性较强,本专业的培养目标是应用型中等人才的学生,因此应指导学生理论联系实际,加强实践性教学环节,不要局限于纸上谈兵。 第二部分大纲本文
