Good morning, my dear judges!I’m No.15,it’s my great honor to be here sharing my lesson with you. Today my topic is Unit3:What’s would you like.

My presentation will consist of 5 parts : Analysis of the teaching material, Analysis of the Ss, Teaching and learning methods ,Teaching procedures and Blackboard design.

First, I’d like to begin with part 1: Analysis of the teaching material

The content of my lesson is PartA of Unit3, Let’s learn on page25 from PEP primary English book5.This unit mainly talks about food to eat, it’s really close to Ss’ daily life.

Then, we come to part2: Analysis of the Ss

As we all know, my Ss are in Grade5, after 2 years of English learning, they have some basic English knowledge and they can express themselves in simple English. They are active, curious and interest in new things.

According to the teaching content and the fact of the Ss, I set the following teaching aims.

No.1 Knowledge aims:

Ss will be able to listen, read, write and say the new words: sandwich、hamburger、salad、ice cream and tea,while the sentence patterns ”What’s would you like…”,” I’d like …”.

No.2 Ability aims:

Ss can use the new words and sentence patterns in a real situation.

No.3 Emotion aims

The emotion aim is to develop Ss’ good eating habit.

In short, the key point of this lesson is to help Ss master the new words. As to the difficult point is : Ss can replace the key words to make sentences in a real situation.

Next, I’ll talk about part3: Teaching and learning methods

In this class, I’ll mainly use Task-based Language Teaching and situational approach, I also design some games to arouse their interest. To make the Ss the real masters in class, they will use active learning and cooperative learning methods.

In order to achieve the teaching aims , I prepare some word cards, a tape and a recorder as my teaching aids.

Before the class, I divide the Ss into 4 teams for a team competition as often, TeamA、B、C、D. If they can answer my questions actively and correctly,they can climb the rainbow step by step. The team competition will go through the whole lesson.

Now, I’m going to talk about the most important part,part4: Teaching procedures

I’ll finish this lesson in 6 steps.

Step1 Warming up

Begin the class with Greetings : Good morning ,boys and girls! How are

you today? Are you ready for class?

Good. Show me your hands, let’s sing a song:《Rainbow song》

Step2 Presentation

Draw a menu on the blackboard to create situation.

It 11o’clock, I’m very hungrey and thirsty, I’d like sth to eat, what about you? Ok, his is a menu for you, draw out the sentence pattern ”What’s would you like to eat/drink?” on the blackboard.

Draw a hamburger to teach the new words. Guide the Ss to answer ”I’d like a hamburger.”

Draw other objects to teach the rest words one by one as above: sandwich、salad、ice cream and tea.

Guide the Ss pay attention to the different answer of drink: ”I’d like some tea.”

This step can help Ss to learn all new words and be familiar with the sentence patterns.

Step3 Practice and consolidation

First ask the Ss to turn to page 25 and read after the tape of Let’s learn twice, encourage them try to imitate the speakers’pronunciation and intonation.

Then show the word cards to play a game. Word relay.

Ask the first student to choose one word card and read the word lightly to the student behind him, the following Ss should repeat the word one by

one, until the last student, he has to answer my question “What’s would you like?” and I’ll show the word card to check his answer. If he is right, he can win a step for his team.

This step can train Ss’ listening and speaking ablities.

Step4 Extension

In this step, I’ll arrange a pair work for the Ss. They are given 3-5 minutes to finish a task. That is to read the conversation of role-play in pairs. One act as waiter, the other act as customer. After discussion, I’ll ask several pairs come to the stage to role play the conversation. If they can finish the conversation actively and successfully, they can win steps for their teams.

This step can train they consciousness of cooperation and it also can be a production.

Step5 Summary

Guide the whole class to summary today’s lesson, today we learn some new words and sentence patterns to talk about food to eat. Let’s have a look, which team is the winner? Congratulations! Team A!

This step can stimulate Ss’ learning enthusiasm and sense of competition. Step6 Homework

Ask the Ss to draw the food they like on their note book and write down the words.

Homework can help Ss to revise today’s knowledge and practice they

written English.

Ok, Let’s move to the last part,part5: Blackboard design

My blackboard design is just like what you can see. It’s clear and vivid, which shows the key words and sentences of this lesson. And this corner is to show the result of the team competition.

2B M1 U1 What can you see? 一、教材分析 本单元是对一年级上册Unit1 In the park及一年级下册Unit1 Look and see中话题的复现和发展。学生在原有的基础上循序渐进地学习相关话题的新语言材料。本单元中学生要学习三个新的颜色单词,学习的难点是在情境中正确运用单复数句型描述事物的颜色。同时,为了丰富学生的语言运用和表达,教师在教材内容上做了相应的调整,进行了适度的文本再构。 二、单元目标 1.语言知识目标: (1)能熟练听说、认读单词:black,white,brown等表示颜色的单词。 (2)能认读26个字母字母。 (3)能听说、理解和运用对话句型:What can you see?I can see ...What colour is it/are they?It’s/They’re... 2.语言技能目标: 能综合运用I can see ... 教学内容分析 本课的话题是“动物”,通过主题句型“Can you see ...?”“What can you see?”和“How many can you see?”复习已学过的动物名称和引出一些新的动物名称。 齐齐和伊芙的对话中,齐齐误将sheep读成ship,伊芙加以纠正,实际上这也是学生常犯的错误。通过学习这段对话,可让学生分清[i:]和[i]的区别。 另外,第一段中“Can I read it?”中的can,与后面“What can you see ?”中的can用法是不同的,后者表示“能力”,而前者表示“请求许可”。can的这种用法将在以后学习,本课中只要求能理解即可。 教具准备 幻灯片、图片。 教学过程 T:Class is begin .(上课。) M: Stand up,please.(起立。) T: Good monrning,class.(同学们,早上好。) S: Good monrning,teacher.(老师,早上好。) M: Sit down,please.(坐下。) 一、听儿歌,导入课题。(What can you see?) I’d like some…进行情境对话。四年级的孩子活泼好动,好奇心强。所以用一顶厨师帽,以去餐厅点餐的大情境,贯穿整堂课。在四个单词的新授上,我采用了不同的出现方式,通过直观法,猜测法等方法激起学生的兴趣。在单词的发音指导中,我注重手势和口型的相结合,帮助学生敲记忆,为高年级语音学习做准备。在拓展环节,我采用了“单词炸弹”的方法,将单一的朗读训练生动有趣。在小组活动,情境对话的练习中,注重学生的分层次练习。 三、本课词汇教学目标 (一)知识与技能目标 1.100%的学生能够听说认读would ,rice ,fish ,soup ,vegetables。 2.100%学生能做到新单词的准确英汉互译。 (二)语用目标 1.100%的学生能运用所学新单词和句型What would you like? I’d like…进行问答。 2.100%的学生能清楚地说出自己喜欢吃的食物。 2.80%的学生能结合情境,进行点餐对话。20%的学生能够朗读出课本的对话。 (三)过程与方法目标 1.“火眼金睛”游戏导入新课。 2.以旧引新的方式学习新单词。 3.游戏贯穿:火眼金睛,单词快闪,歌谣,单词炸弹等趣味活动巩固新词。 4.任务设计:创设情境,任务型教学活动。 (四)情感态度与价值观目标: 1.100%的学生能够通过课堂活动,在交流与合作中进一步强化了解和协作的情感。 3. 100%学生能够学习相关用餐礼仪,养成良好的用餐习惯。 五、教学重点和难点 教学重点:听说认读would ,rice ,fish ,soup ,vegetables 教学难点:vegetables的发音。 六、教学准备 CAI课件,英语电子书,图片,厨师帽, 七、教学过程 (一)热身复习 1.歌曲导入。Let’s sing together.听歌曲之前,教师提问:“听一听,歌曲里出现了哪些食品?”教师播放本单元歌曲“What would you like ?”课件出示电子书67页,学生感知歌曲,并试着一起吟唱。歌曲结束后,请2-3名说一说,听到了哪些食物单词。 【设计意图:歌曲题目就是本课时的重点句型“What would you like ?”歌词里出现了多种食物单词,包括本节课的新授单词。学生感知歌曲,吟唱歌曲,为本课的学习做铺垫。】2.“火眼金睛”游戏复习旧知。课件背景图片是餐厅图片,快速出示已学过的有关食物的单词,如:apple, ice-cream, milk, juice, hot dogs等,大约10个。前两个,请同学举手读词。后面的的全班一起完成,要求认识的同学快速站起,并大声读出单词。

B:It’s on the wall.在墙上。 the picture 指的是两个人所看到的画,the kite 指的是对方所看到的a kite,在这里是第二次提到的物品,the wall指的是对话双方都看到的那面墙。这里我们可以知道the都是用来特定指代某个人或事物的。而a kite 则是第一次提到所用的,有“一只”的意思。 D.特别要注意的是,如果名词前面已经有了其他的限定词,特别是物主代词,名词的所有格,如:my pen 我的钢笔Lily’s hat Lily的帽子,则前面不能再使用冠词a/an 或the。 2.That’s not my pen. 《How many do you want?》教学反思 本课的教学内容为《小学新标准英语》第五册第2模块第1单元 《How many do you want?》。本课重点是词汇need 、food、 shopping list 、cheese 、how much、 kilo,句型How many did you buy? 课文内容相对较容易。因此,我在课堂上围绕重点内容安排了形式多样的活动: 一、准备一个袋子,告诉孩子们袋子里是装着我采购回来的东西,让他们猜一猜是什么?通过这一活动复习了有关的食物单词,如:banana、apple、orange、milk、fish、等,并由此引入新授单词need, list, cheese。 二、在黑板上事先画好的两个冰箱:(how many和how much),先做示范,再让学生根据自己的理解将买回的食品放进相对应的冰箱里,并引导学生思考为什么要这么放?从而导入到可数名词与不可数名词。此教学更生动、形象,吸引了学生的注意力,并让学生理解和区分how many 和how much的用法。同时也发挥了学生的学习主动性,在教师的引导下思考知识的规律,这样更有利于孩子们牢固的掌握及运用新知识,也有利于孩子们思维能力的培养。 三、通过“最佳买卖”比赛,用新学的购物语言:A:How many eggs did you buy? B: twelve eggs .进行练习,此活动不仅巩固了新知识,而且通过奖励,使学生始终强烈的兴趣和信心,积极参与到语言实践中来,而且进一步巩固了新知识,突出了重点。 这堂课中,我总结了之前的教学,将好的经验与建议运用到自己的教学中来,如:在教授新单词时,结合句型进行教学,体现“字不离词,词不离句”的思想,比如,我在教“cheese”这个单词时,在学生掌握好行和义之后,引导学生用已学的句型进行口头表达:“Do you like cheese? I like cheese. 通过这样的方法,学生的理解能力有了提高。句型的练习也是先让学生模仿,等学生能正确运用时,引导学生进行扩展,这样学得既扎实又轻松。
