1.培养良好心态 听力测试题不同于其它题型，不可能像其它书面题型一样遇到不明白的地
方可以回过头来看前面的材料或停下来自由地思考一下。录音材料瞬息即逝，无“回 听”的机会或自由思考的余地。考生临场心态对听力成绩有着极大的影响。学生必 须培养良好的心态。
1）消除紧张心理。听力测试时，要做到心情平静，心态放松，精力集中。如 果感到测试前心情比较紧张，做几次深呼吸，可有效缓解紧张情绪。
2）克服急躁心理。有些同学在听力测试时，不是听材料大意，而是专注于听个 别单词。有个别词没听懂，往往停下来去思索，随即产生急躁焦虑心理，头脑一片 空白，等回过神来时，录音早已放完。因此要学会顾全大局，局部放弃而取整体， 并借助“精神胜利法”给自已释压减负。
3）克服犹豫不决的毛病，对自己有把握的试题应快速作答，对无把握的试题也 要在所听信息的基础上排除错误选项，进行优化处理。不会作答的，立即暂时搁置， 准备听新的题目。
2.利用听录音前的时间，迅速地捕捉每个小题题干选项所提供的信息，预测句子, 短文或对话可能涉及到的内容，这样听录音材料时就有的放矢，有所侧重，就能抓 住关键词,提高答题的准确率。 3.高年级学生听力测试中听短文并判断或选择部分是个难点，所以听录音时重在听 懂 每 句 话 的 意 思 和 内 涵 ， 注 意 捕 捉 文 中 所 涉 及 的 人 物 (who) 、 事 件 (what) 、 时 间 (when)、地点(where)、原因(why)、方式(how)、程度(how long，how much)、数字 (how many／how much)、选择(which…)等，以便检查答案。 4.注意听短文的首句和首段，文章的开首和开首段，往往是对短文内容的概括，如 人物、故事发生的时间、地点及事由等。 5.不管听什么材料，注意力一定要集中在整体内容的理解上，千万不能只停留在个 别单词或单句上，听不清时马上放弃，不要强迫自己听清每一个词，要把重点放在 听关键词即实词上，一边听一边把要点及回答问题的关键词记下来。 6.仔细检查，理顺关系
录音结束后，不要急于做笔试题。要利用头脑中还保留的短暂记忆和 记录的内容，对那些不太肯定的答案进行语法上的推敲。
