摘要:90年前,日本的造船业开始使用药皮焊条。自此,日本的弧焊技术取得了长足进步。弧焊技术的历史是焊接工艺“高速度、高效率”的历史。自药皮焊条开始焊接材料已发展成为更高效的埋弧焊焊材和气保焊焊材,并能更容易地结合自动化焊接和机器人焊接。
气保焊焊材主要分为实芯焊丝和药芯焊丝,药芯焊丝的应用因其出色的实用性和效率而逐年增加。
介绍了药芯焊丝作为主要焊材的发展趋势,尤其是在碳钢焊接上的应用。
