First and foremost,it is the increasingly competitive situation that forces college students to make career of their own.They have no alternative but to choose this way to start their new life and to pave the way that leads to success independently.In addition,maybe,they are dreaming to be a entrepreneur from their childhood.They work hard in pursuit of pioneering their own enterprise.And this gives them unbounded enthusiasm to be devoted to their career.And what’s more,at present,our government encourage college graduates to create career.So with the support of policies,it’s a great time to create career.

From my own perspective,just as what I said in the first paragraph,this phenomenon has resulted in profound significance to both their own life and society. For their own personal life,they accomplish their value through their hard-working, and at the same time,they can make great contributions to society.And on the other hand,for society,they stimulate our country’s development and cause great economic benefit.All the above is what I reflect on this phenomenon.
