上海市分片水资源调度方案优化

摘要:为提高水资源调度改善水质效果,利用黄浦江水系二崇明岛河网水量水质模型,在分析评估上海市水资源调度现状效果的基础上,从引排水口门配置二水闸开启方式二水位控制条件等方面考虑,研究分片水资源调度优化方案三通过引排水量大小二水质改善效果等多方案分析比较,提出了分片水资源调度优化方案三结果表明:分片COD 平均浓度改善3.1%~16.9%;分片NH 3?N 平均浓度改善3.4%~28.1%三COD 浓度为:劣Ⅴ类水的河网面积减少37.1%,Ⅲ类水的河网面积增加33.4%;NH 3?N 浓度为劣Ⅴ类水的河网面积减少9.4%,Ⅳ~Ⅲ类水的河网面积增加25.9%~31.0%三关键词:水资源调度;水利分片;调度方案优化;上海市中图分类号:TV213.4 文献标志码:A 文章编号:10046933(2013)06008005

Scheme optimization of water resources regionalization scheduling in Shanghai City

XU Guiquan 1,2,CHEN Changtai 2,TANG Yingzhou 2(1.Shanghai Water Environment Research Studio of Shanghai Water Authority ,Shanghai 200050,China 2.Shanghai Water Planning and Design Research Institute ,Shanghai 200233,China )Abstract :In order to improve water quality through water resources scheduling,the river network quantity and quality models of the Huangpu River network and the Chongming Island river network were used in this study.Based on the analysis and assessment of current effects of water resources scheduling in Shanghai City,the optimization schemes of water resources regionalization scheduling were studied,considering the configuration of diversion and drainage water gates,the opening and closing of water gates,and the water level controlling conditions.Through comparison of different schemes with different amounts of water diversion and drainage,and different water quality improvement effects,optimized water resources regionalization scheduling schemes were established and their effects were identified.The results show that,using the optimized schemes,the concentration of COD decreased by 3.1%to 16.9%on average,and the concentration of NH 3?N decreased by 3.4%to 28.1%on average.The river network area where the concentration of COD was inferior to class V decreased by 37.1%,and the area where the concentration of COD was at class III increased by 33.4%.The river network area where the concentration of NH 3?N was inferior to class V decreased by 9.4%,and the area where the concentration of NH 3?N was between class III and IV increased by 25.9%to 31.0%.Key words :water resources scheduling;water conservancy regionalization;scheduling scheme optimization;Shanghai City
