课前演讲小天地学生成长大舞台英语是一门实践性很强的学科，英语能力是在听说读写的实践中形成的，“英语是越不说越不会说；越不会说越不敢说。”我在实践中发现课前小演讲能激发学生
的兴趣，促使孩子主动去寻找自己感兴趣的材料、绞尽脑汁的去寻找或自己动手写材料，说
自己想说的、想表达的话，它是解决“没什么可说”的这一难题的重要途径之一。开展英语
课前一分钟小演讲活动，目的是给学生创造更充足的时空，去体验英语学习的乐趣，从而发
展学生的综合语言运用能力。
开展英语课前一分钟小演讲活动有利于调动学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生对英语学习的兴趣；有利于因材施教，克服课堂教学的局限性，满足学生学习的多样性；有利于增加英语实践的机会，培养创新合作的精神，发展智力和个性、展现才能；有利
于学生提高跨文化交际意识，培养学生的合作意识、集体观念；有利于“师生之间建立起一
种超越课堂教育范围的纽带”。我在每次上英语课前，安排一名学生走上讲台进行英文小演讲：所谓小演讲就是用
英语
进行自我介绍、讲述自己的经历、也可以是一段对话、一则诗歌、一个小故事或者一段文章
甚至一个小短剧，也可以教同学们一句谚语、一首诗等，每涉及到新单词和词组，在课前都
写在黑板上，以此来鼓励学生进行课外阅读，收集课外新词，以促使学生们之间合作学习。
让学生上台讲成语故事、名人名言或谚语，坚持多年，大有成效。在讲之前，学生必须先做
准备，阅读、记忆故事内容，明白所讲成语故事（名人名言或谚语）的原来意义和现实教育
意义。最关键的一点是站在台上时，仪态要大方，声音要洪亮。讲完以后，同学之间相互评
价，指出优缺点。这样坚持做下来，时间一长，学生的听说能力在不知不觉中有了提高。每
天一分钟，时间不算长，却无形当中教会学生许多做人的道理。我还经常围绕这些主题让学生选择开展英文小演讲：
1. 单词联想。
老师给出一个单词，例如:food。学生可以用它组词，讲一个英语小故事。
2. 看图说话。
老师找出有针对性的图片，让学生展开丰富的想象，说
说自己说看到或者联想到的东西。例如：i can see blue sky. / i can see beautiful flowers. / i can
see mountains哪怕是单独的单词都可以让能力较低的同学来回答。
3. 口语问答
老师在以前学过的课文中找出学生已经淡忘的句型，进行同桌，小组或全班互问互答。例如：a：what did you do yesterdayb: i did my homework and watched
tv.。
4. 酷词表演
老师准备一些趣味性的单词或词组或句子，每日一句，在前一天抽出两名学生，提前教会他们后，第二天让他们表演，如果其他学生可以猜出这句话的本意就可以获得老师的奖励。
5. 课文表演
安排学生挑选有情节的文章段落进行表演，丰富课堂，激发学生参与的欲望。
6. 经典诵读
利用络资源搜集一些简易的英语小诗歌或歌谣或谚语，带着学生有感情的朗读，体会语言的魅力。如：east or west,home is the best. an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
7. 街头会面
让学生在教师里随意走动，当老师说停，每个学生都要和身边的同学开始交谈，老师适当指导。
8. 会心一笑
老师或学生为大家准备一则跟英语有关的小笑话，既愉悦心情又为接下来的课堂做一个完美的铺垫。
像这样的活动老师们还可以想出很多，只要开发自己的智慧，给自己给学生一次尝试的机会，就会有一番不同色彩的天地呈现在你我眼前。课前小演讲的评价也非常重要，没有评价就没有成功和进步，也不会有持续的发展。孩子渴望得到赞赏和肯定，在学生想表达、会表达，并用语言交流后，就应
