1、教师顺接上一个教学活动中最后一个学生的话语引出hard,soft.请学生跟读
呈现新课趣味操练扩展性活动hard,soft.然后请学生分别触摸一本厚的书和一本薄的书，引出单词thick , thin,最后请学生跟读Look and learn中的单词。
2.提问学生生活中具有这些触觉的物品还有哪些。把学生说到的物品写在相关的形容词旁边。
3．快速反应。（对子活动）
4．让学生看Ask and answer的图片，示范如何用所学的单词描述图片中的物品。
1、速读单词。
教师出示单词卡片，看谁读的快。
2、请学生拿出准备好的物品，两人一组进行对话。

2．让学生做Draw and write的练习。让学生自己自由画自己喜欢的食物或饮料，并根据课本范例写几句话，然后学生间互相交流。
3．出示Enjoy a story中的部分图片，请学生根据图片回答问题,引出The fox and the grapes ,激发阅读兴趣.
4．带着问题听录音，然后回答问题。
5．再听录音，完成练习。
6．分角色操练对话和表演对话。
7．出示语音单词卡片sh(ship,shop),朗读单词，注意字母sh的发音，学生跟读。接着让学生说说含有与ship中的sh发音相同的单词.最后，播放儿歌，让学生模仿跟读，请个别学生朗读。

（3）播放录音，请学生跟着录音逐句跟读。
6.请学生拿出根据Make and say栏目预先准备好的树、山图片和手电筒进行对子活动。一个学生发出指令，另一个学生根据指令演绎太阳升起和落下的过程。
7.出示Learn the sounds的语音单词卡片
ph(photo),wh(whale),请学生跟读单词并感知ph, wh在单词中的发音。最后，播放儿歌，让学生模仿跟读，请个别学生朗读。
趣味操练
出示根据Make and say栏目预先准备好的树图片和手电筒，告诉学生手电筒表示太阳，请学生根据教师的指令演绎太阳升起和落下的过程。
