提高高校课堂上学生主动性的方法探索

摘要高校课堂气氛沉闷，学生听课兴趣索然，教师一言堂的现象比比皆是。对研究生和本科生教学，探索适宜的提高学生课堂主动性的方法，以增强课堂教学效果，增加教师的授课积极性，提高学生的培养质量。

Abstract The phenomena， boring classroom atmosphere， the students

listening to the teacher apathetically， and the teacher saying counts， can be found everywhere in university. Lectures to undergraduate and the postgraduate students， exploring the appropriate methods to

improve the initiative of the university students in the class is essen-

tial to improve the classroom teaching effect，bring teacher’s aggre-ssiveness and upgrade student’s quality.

1 前言

笔者在高校做了10年的教学督导，听取了大学教师大量的课堂教学，课堂教学效果迥异。大学课堂教学效果的评价关系到教师的荣誉和授课积极性，更关系到学生的培养质量，增强课堂教学效果是每个教师和学生所希望的。笔者在2015—2016这一学年里给学生上了3门理论课，其中本科生2门课（生化分离技术、生物工程英语阅读），研究生1门课（高等生物分离工程）。针对这些不同课程、不同授课对象，结合听取的部分优秀教师的课堂教学方法，尝试对这些课程采用不同的教学方法，以充分发挥学生在课堂上的主动性。从最后的学生评价结果来看，有的效果显著，有的评价反而不如以前，本文进行总结和反思。
