话语伦理学与思想政治教育沟通

[摘要] 话语伦理学以语言为基础,以普遍化原则和对话伦理学原则为核心内容,主张通过主体间的商谈和对话以保证思想道德规范普遍有效。思想政治教育沟通过程中注重话语伦理,可以促使教育者转变角色、重构受教育者主体性道德人格;营造理想的沟通话语环境以及引导实践理解型沟通,从而促使沟通主体的共同成长,达到思想政治教育沟通的目的。

Discourse Ethics with the Communication of

Abstract: Discourse ethics based on the language, its core contents is the generalize principle and the discourse ethics principle. Discourse ethics requests using talks and dialogue to ensure universal effective of the Ideological and moral standards . Pay attention to discourse ethics during the communication of Ideological and Political education, can make changes in the role of educators, rebuilt the main moral character of the educated, create an attractive environment for speech communication and practice understanding communication. And thus obtain thecommunicator’s common growth, achieve the purpose of communication of the Ideological and Political education

沟通法是思想政治教育实践中最常用的方法。它是指“教师借助语言劝导学生,根据学生的认识水平,充分地陈述理由,使学生理解并接受某种道德观点,改变或形成某种态度”。[1]P114话语伦理学主张一个有效的道德规范必须平等、自由地为所有参与者赞同。而沟通法是就教师和学生双方所依据的道德价值与规范(正当性要求)进行的商谈对话。教育者要想使受教育者接受所要求的道德规范(即使之产生有效性),就必须运用论据与受教育者平等、自由地说理。因此,思想政治教育沟通本质上就是一种话语过程。
