经济管理类国内外权威学术期刊

附件二 经管院博士研究生科研业绩的记分办法 学术研究是博士生的核心工作之一，也是评定奖学金的重要依据。为了调动博士生科研积极性，鼓励发表高水平的研究论文、申报和承担国家自然、社会科学基金等科研项目，特制定本办法。 以下不同等级科研成果的人民币数额，仅仅是为了统计记分的方便。 一、作者排序的计算方法 1、作者单位署名是西南交通大学唯一冠名的，100%；当作者有两个署名单位时， 西南交通大学作为第一署名单位冠名的，60%；西南交通大学作为第二署名单位冠名的，40%。 2、合作者的得分计算 一般的计算公式为： W(i) = 2(n + 1 - i)/n(n+1)，i = 1, 2, ..., n (排名)；n表示合作者数。 3、国外学术期刊，若有N个合作者，且作者按字母序署名，每个作者的得分为 1/N，否则按上面的公式计算。 二、论文、论著及科研奖项 （一）学术论文及论著 1. 国际期刊学术论文 （1）A+级学术期刊：每篇15万元 （2）A级学术期刊：每篇8万元 （3）B+级学术期刊：每篇5万元 （4）B级学术期刊：每篇3万元 （5）SCI/SSCI 经济、管理类学术期刊：每篇1.5万元

（6）被其他国际主要期刊数据库（ABI、EBSCO、ProQuest、EI）所收录的经济管理类学术期刊论文：每篇5仟元 （7）其他匿名审稿的经济管理类外文学术期刊论文：每篇2仟元 注：国际期刊目录见附录一。 2. 国内学术论文、论著奖励 （1）A 级： 在被学院定义的A级学术期刊上发表的学术论文，每篇2万元。 （2）B 级： 在被学院定义的B级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为著而正式出版的 学术著作，每部1万元。 （3）C级： 在被学院定义的C级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为编著而正式出版的 学术著作，每部5仟元（A、B、C级见附录二）。 （4）D级： 在被学院定义的D级（见附录三）上发表的学术论文、被EI收录的经济、管理类学术期刊论文，每篇2仟元。 （5）E级 除D级以外的其他“CSSCI期刊”和“中国科学引文数据库核心库和引文库（CSCD）来源期刊”上发表的经济、管理类学术论文，每篇1仟元。 说明：所有发表论文均以见刊为准，且不重复累积计算 （二）科研获奖 由经济管理学院教师作为项目负责人完成的科研获奖，博士生属于证书获得者，根据级别可以获得如下数额（博士生本人应计数额，参照“一、作者排序的 计算方法”计算）。 1．A级（国家级奖） A1：国家一级（一等）：每项30万元 A2：国家二级（二等）：每项20万元 A3：国家三级（三等）：每项10万元 A4：国家四级（四等）：每项5万元
