【摘要】The whole circuit model of grid-connected PV system was built based on two-stage structure that boost convertors link Single-phase full bridge inverter. The three-terminal switching modeling method was adopted to set up Period Average Model of Boost convertors, which used the switching function model and Fourier series to study the DC-side input resistance of inverter by multiple-frequency pulse width modulation mode. The qualitative relation to the circuit parameter and calculation formula of impedance was deduced and the influence of different modulator mode. to impedance was analyzed. The validity of the model and its theory was confirmed by numerical simulating.%建立了基于Boost变流器与单相全桥逆变器级联结构的光伏并网逆变器的整体电路模型。采用三端开关器件模型法建立了Boost变流器周期平均模型;采用开关函数法,利用傅里叶级数分析推导了基于倍频式调制的逆变器直流侧的输入阻抗,得出了其与电路参数之间的定量关系以及计算公式,并分析了调制方式对输入阻抗的影响。仿真研究结果证明了所建模型与理论分析推导的正确性与可行性。【总页数】8页(78-85)
