是中华民族的举国之饮。发于神农，闻于鲁周公，兴于唐朝，盛于宋代。
一直以来，中国人对茶，都有着一种难以割舍的情结，上至帝王将相，文人
墨客，诸子百家，下至挑夫贩竹，平民百姓，无不以茶为好。因为泡上一壶
浓茶，择雅静之处，自斟自饮，乃人生一大雅事也！

tea plant（茶树）第一次萌发的芽叶采制而成的茶叶。Spring tea（春茶）、summer tea（夏茶）与autumn tea（秋茶）的划分，主要是依据seasonal variation（季节变化）和茶树young sprout（新梢）生长的间歇而定的。文中提到的Spring Snail就是著名的“碧螺春”，Melon Seed则是安徽的著名春茶“瓜片茶”。

Researchers say that drinking just three cups of tea a day can protect
against heart attacks and stroke, according to a story in the UK's
Daily Mail on October 9.
