摘要:曲柄导杆滑块机构是由曲柄导杆机构和曲柄滑块机构合成的组合机构,通过导杆、摇杆,曲柄的连续转动转变成滑块的往复移动;曲柄导杆滑块机构还可以拆装成曲柄滑块机构,它通过连杆,曲柄的连续转动转变成滑块的往复移动。机构的运动参数直接反映机器的工作性能,通过对机构的运动参数(位移、速度、加速度)的分析,可以确定机构的外廓、某些构件运动所需的空间,可以考察构件位置的变化,构件速度的变化规律。特别是对加速度的分析,是计算惯性力进行动力分析、考察机构动力平衡、防止振动和噪声的基础。

本文采用Visual Basic软件对曲柄(导杆)滑块机构运动分析的界面进行编程与设计,在VB界面中,输入主动件的运动参数,可以直接输出机构的静态模型,各杆件相对应位置的运动参数和从动件的运动参数变化曲线,以及对机构进行动态模拟。软件可对曲柄(导杆)滑块机构进行参数化设计,并进行运动分析;而且实验设备能满足不同运动参数的要求。另外,本文采Solidworks软件用对曲柄(导杆)滑块机构的实验台装置进行设计,曲柄(导杆)滑块机构运动分析综合实验台由驱动部分、曲柄(导杆)滑块机构、平衡机构及测试系统等几部分组成,使得在对机构的运动分析时可以参照实物立体图。

Abstract: The crank guide rod slide organization is combined by the crank guide-bar mechanism and the crank block organization synthesis mechanism. Through the guide rod, the rocking bar, crank's continuous rotation transforms into the slide the reciprocation migration. The crank guide rod slide organization may also be disassembled to the crank block organization. Through the connecting rod, crank's continuous rotation transforms into the reciprocation migration of the slide. The organization parameter of movement reflected machine's operating performance directly. Through the analysis of the organization parameter of movement (displacement, speed, acceleration), it may determine the organization overall, the space of certain component movement which is need, inspecting the change of the component position, change rule of the component speed. Especially, the acceleration analysis is the foundation of calculating to the force of inertia to carry on the mechanical analysis, the inspection organization dynamic equilibrium and preventing the vibration and the noise.

This article uses Visual Basic software to carry on the programming and design to the contact surface of the crank (guide rod) slide organization movement analysis. In the VB contact surface, when it input initiative parameter of movement, it could output the organization static model directly, the parameter of movement of the correspond position of various members and the change curve of the moving parts parameter of movement, as well as the kinetic simulator to the organization. The software may carry on the parameterized design to the crank (guide rod) slide organization, and carries on the movement analysis. And the test installation can satisfy the request of the different parameter of movement. Moreover, this literary talent carries on the design to the crank (guide rod) slide organization's laboratory bench installment with Solidworks software. the crank (guide rod) slide organization movement analysis synthesis laboratory bench is made by the actuation part, the crank (guide rod) slide organization, the balance gear and the test system and so on .So when the organization is carried on analysis, it could refer to the

block diagram.
