培训内容

托幼机构常使用的清洁卫生消毒主要包括，常用物品清洁消毒、物体表面清洁消毒、空气清洁消毒、手清洁消毒、垃圾及排泄物处理。

消毒要求与具体操作方法：

1.茶杯

如果用茶杯喝牛奶或豆浆，必须在吃完后立即清洗消毒，每天当幼儿用完茶杯后由保育员统一清洗。清洗时，可用清水冲洗干净，甩干水滴后放入消毒柜消毒30分钟。

2、餐具

餐具要在厨房洗碗池洗。洗碗时先用洗洁精将油腻洗净，再用清水冲洗2遍。洗好的餐具放在专用容器内，用消毒柜消毒，。

3、茶杯箱（橱）

幼儿茶杯存放要有专用茶杯箱（橱），上面贴有标识，对模糊不清或发黄、剥脱的标识要及时更换，标识图案要相对固定，不要老是更换。茶杯箱每周清洗消毒一遍，每天用清水抹一遍。

4.玩具、图书

玩具是托幼机构必备的物品，也是幼儿接触最多的物品，但玩具很容易被病原微生物所污染，在幼儿园，玩具的污染程度比衣服、被褥、餐具等更为严重，尤其是小幼儿喜欢将玩具放入口中，如果清洁消毒不严，很容易传染疾病。玩具的清洗消毒一般每周一次，放在阳光下晒2小时。室外大型玩具通过日光照射消毒，但要定期冲洗。

5.被褥

被褥用品是幼儿每日生活的必需品，枕头每半月换洗一次，棉被一月洗一次。发生传染病时，要拿到太阳底下暴晒。

6、抹布、拖把

清水抹布和消毒液抹布要分开使用，随时搓洗晾干。拖把每班要有干、湿二种拖把，使用后用清水冲洗干净晾在户外日晒消毒。传染病流行期间用消毒液拖地，拖把每日用消毒液浸泡30分钟。

7.垃圾处理

园内垃圾桶，每日倾倒1—2次，园内有收集垃圾的桶和箱，垃圾桶要保持清洁。

8、空调、电扇：每周擦拭一遍，但要注意安全，擦拭电器必须在断电的情况下进行。

六年级英语第一次月考试卷分析与反思 和平镇新五小学李元平 又一个月过去了，根据学区计划我们六年级又进行了一次月考，本次六年级的英语考试内容都以基础性知识为主，关注全体学生，重在考查他们的综合语言运用能力。但此次考试与以前的考试有所不同，考试内容已经与初中英语接轨。针对试卷进行以下分析： 一、试卷总体分析： 1、注重了基础知识的考查，试卷中能充分体现考查学生基础知识为主要目标的命题原则，坚持依据于课本，但又避免教材中机械的知识，对于一些学生必须掌握的基础知识作为重点考查的内容。 2、突出语言的交际功能英语作为语言，是一种交际的工具。而小学英语教学根据小学生的年龄特点和语言学习的规律，确立以听说能力的培养为主要目标，读写跟上的原则。 3、渗透了能力考查的要求学习语言是为了交际。小学英语教学不仅要教给学生一些最基本的语言知识，而且要教给学生运用语言的方法和能力。在试卷的问题设计上，增加了对学生阅读理解能力和活用语言能力的考查。 二、存在的问题： 一道试题,考生能不能得分,得多少分,失多少分，我认为主要取决于以下几个因素:试题难度，评分标准,考生的知识水平和思维能力,考生的心理素质和临场发挥能力,教师的教学水平等。 通过阅卷发现,学生失分的原因主要有：第一，基础知识不牢固，尤其是单词的音、意、书写。
