一、前言Foreword

青藏铁路是世界上海拔最高,线路最长的高原铁路。格拉段经过海拔4000米以上地段960公里,翻越唐古拉山的铁路最高点海拔5072米,高原严寒缺氧,不仅对人体生理和机械设备使用带来不利影响,而且生态环境十分脆弱。青藏铁路大部分路段处在无人烟的区域,沿途通讯无法得到保障,本项目就是为了满足乘坐青藏铁路的旅客在旅途中的上网、通话以及列车内部的各种现代化需求。

The Qinghai and Tibet railroad is the highest of the elevation and the line longest plateau railroad in the world. The majority sections of the Qinghai and Tibet railroad occupy the nobody region , the communication is unable to obtain along the way. This project is for the passenger who satisfied rides the Qinghai and Tibet railroad in the journey accesses the net, the telephone conversation as well as each kind of modernized demand of the train interior.

本方案是我公司为进藏列车智能化系统所作的设计方案,是根据智能化弱电系统的功能特点与我公司多年从事智能化集成的经验,针对进藏列车的功能需求而设计。方案中既详尽分析了各个系统的功能和配臵,又重点体现了数字化、信息化这一鲜明的特征。

二、设计总论Design General Remarks

(一)概述Outline

建设青藏铁路,是党中央、国务院做出的重大战略决策,是西部大开发的一个标志性工程,加快青藏铁路建设事项自治区和青海各族人民多年的企盼,是新中国老一辈领导人和几代铁路建设者的夙愿。青藏铁路建成后,填补了我国西部铁路网空白,形成北京-兰州-拉萨的运输大通道。这对促进西藏和青海的资源开发,加强西藏与内地的联系, 增进民族团结,维护社会稳定,都具有重要意义。

This which promotes Tibet and Qinghai's resources opens strengthens Tibet and the inland relation, promotes the national unity, and maintains the social stability has the vital significance.

我公司有幸能参与进藏列车智能化系统的方案设计,我们将严格按照甲方要求和相关国家标准进行设计,希望通过我们的努力为乘坐进藏列车的人员提供一个集办公、旅游和休闲消费于一体的安全、舒适、高效、便捷的环境。

We will strictly carry on the design according to the first part request and the correlation standard of our country. (二)设计原则Principle Of Design

在满足客户功能需求的基础上,我们将集各知名公司与厂家的产品或系统之长,优选最适宜本项目的软硬件产品和技术。

我们选用的系统具有开放系统结构,标准通讯接口如RS232、API等,这样使其他各子系统的设备选型和设计非常灵活,并具有良好的兼容性。

4、可扩展性Expansibility

各子系统之间既相互关联,又相对独立,这样就保证了系统结构具有可扩展性,使系统随着技术的发展和进步,不断得到充实和提高。本系统中产品选型均为国际、国内通用产品,遵循通用接口标准,为系统升级和扩容奠定了基础。

(四)产品选型Product Election

由于本次设计是服务于进藏列车,西藏高原寒冷的特殊环境对设备的选型影响很大,尤其是温度和海拔对智能化设备的影响最大。因此对智能化各子系统的关键设备必需在西藏可能遇到的低温环境中能够正常工作。本方案按照工作温度-20?~60?,储藏温度-45?~70?的范围来设计。

Because this design is serves to the train which comes into Tibet, Tibet plateau cold special environment to equipment election influence heavily, the temperature and the elevation in particular. Therefore to the various intellectualized subsystems, essential equipment must possibly meets in Tibet in the low temperature environment can normal work. This plan according to the operating temperature -20℃~ 60℃, the preserve temperature -45℃~ 70℃scopes designs.

本方案中的环网以太网交换机、工业接入AP、服务器、磁盘阵列、摄像机、卫星接入设备、IC卡门锁等均选用能在低温环境下正常工作。环网以太网交换机和AP均采用工业用产品;服务器和磁盘阵列均为加固服务器,适合军用、车载和高原低气压及野外等场合;摄像机为防暴型,防护等级IP66等。如:

对于电源问题,由于列车已经具备双路不间断供电条件,因此不间断电源供电已经解决。但由于列车上的电源多为110伏直流电源,而我们本次选用的设备的供电多为220V交流,所以必须进行逆变转换。根据每个车厢内的设备数量,我们设计在每

节车厢放臵一台1KVA的逆变电源(输入110VDC输出220VAC),监控中心(餐车)放臵一台2KVA的逆变电源。本次选用的专用逆变电源为广东EAST产品,在青藏铁路沿线无人值守的通信基站中大量采用,经受住了高原、低气压、低温等的考验。

According to equipment quantity in each compartment, we design in each compartment lay a 1KVA contra variant power source (input 10VDC, output 220VAC), the monitoring center (Kitchen dinning car) lays a 2KVA contra variant power source. This plan selects the special-purpose contra variant power source for the Guangdong EAST product, the correspondence base center massive uses in the Qinghai and Tibet rail line nobody value, which defends underwent the plateau, the low atmospheric pressure, the low temperature and so on .

(五)系统总体规划System overall plan

根据客户的要求,并结合当前主流智能化系统的技术特点及列车的特殊要求,我们为进藏列车的智能化系统设计规划了以下子系统:

下面分别对上述子系统进行设计说明。

三、各子系统具体设计 Subsystems Design

(一)列车局域网通信系统LAN Communication System

1、系统概述System Outline

以太网的技术目前已经发展的非常成熟,尤其在智能化方面,应用已经非常广泛,性价比也比较好,因此在列车中进行数据通信的各种方式中以太网是首选。但传统的以太网中的交换机不能级联太多,一般级联级数超过5时,网络的通信性能直线下降,甚至不能正常工作。列车车厢是一辆连一辆的,车厢与车厢之间的连接是活动的,而且车厢有限的空间不适于敷设过多的线缆,而传统的以太网是星型拓扑结构的,这就需要从每节车厢敷设一根线缆到网络中心,这样靠近网络中心的车厢就会有很多线缆,显然是不现实的。星型拓扑结构也不适合车厢的混编。总线型拓扑结构各环网交换机在地位上是平等的,列车重新编组后不影响与中心服务器等设备的数据通信。

But the traditional Ethernet switchboard cannot cascade too mass, when general cascade progression ultra 5, the network correspondence performance straight line drops, even cannot work normal. The compartment is separation, the compartment and the other compartment connections are activity, moreover the limited space of compartment is ill to the line cable which lays excessively many lines . But the traditional Ethernet is the star topology, this needs to lay a line cable from each compartment to the hub, like this approaches to the hub compartment be able to have very many cables, obviously it is not realistic. The star topology does not suit the compartment being enrolled together. The main line topology various ring nets switchboard in the status is equal, after the train regroups it doesn?t affect the data communication with central server and other equipment.

理想的布线敷设方式是每节车厢只敷设一到两根线缆(其中一根做备用),这样的拓扑就成了总线型。那么没有更好的产品或解决方案呢?答案是肯定的,就是采用目前技术日益成熟的工业环网以太网交换机。该种交换机采用传统的以太网技术,并支持总线型结构,而且可以设计成环形,从而具备了冗余结构,非常适合火车等应用环境恶劣的工业场合。

2、具体设计Concrete Design

本方案设计数据总线主干采用六类非屏蔽双绞线(UTP),保证数据传输带宽可达千兆。采用非屏蔽双绞线在列车车厢与车厢之间连接比较方便,跳线、模块等接插件接插方便,抵抗灰尘、颠簸能力强,适合青藏列车高原独特的环境。六类综合布线系统采用美国康普(COMMSCOPE)公司的产品,其中线缆采用六类UTP 1071004ESL型线缆,模块采用MGS400BH-262型模块,面板采用不锈钢型英式带防尘盖面板M12SP(双孔)。车厢与车厢之间采用专用数据跳线连接,车厢内数据有线接入点也采用六类UTP 线缆,满足将来带宽扩容需求。由于六类布线系统要求采用专用数据跳线,因此数据有线接入链路两端均采用六类模块进行端接,与网络设备,如交换机、服务器和工作站等也采用专用数据跳线连接。布线系统图如下所示:

Six comprehensive wiring system uses US COMMSCOPE company's product, its median line cable uses six UTP the 1071004ESL line cable, the module uses the MGS400BH-262 module, the board uses stainless steel English-type with dustproof cap board M12SP (double hole). Between the compartment and the other uses the special-purpose data Jumper connection. In the compartment the data wired plug-in point also uses six UTP line cable, will satisfy the future band width to expand accommodates' demand. Because six wiring system requests to use the special-purpose data Jumper. Therefore the data wired turns on the link used six modules to carry on the beginning and end termination. With the network equipment, like Switchboard, Server and the Workstation and so on also uses the special-purpose data Jumper connection. The wiring diagram as follows shows:

数据交换部分是在每节车厢设臵一台18口的工业环网以太网交换机,其中两个千兆电口作为组建环网用,其他口作为无线接入、视频监控服务器、VOD视频点播和有线上网用。根据我们多年的工程经验,我们选用台湾摩沙(MOXA)公司的工业环网以太网交换机EDS-518A,该交换机有两个千兆口,可以组建千兆环网,其余16个10/100M电口作车厢内的设备接入用。其中两个电口用来接每节车厢的两个无线接入点AP(可选),两个电口接两台视频监控用的单路视频服务器,一个用于每节车厢的视频监控工作站,剩余的以太网电口用于接车厢内的VOD视频点播系统的机顶盒和有线数据接入的RJ45插座等。另外,有包间的车厢中的IC卡门锁也需要一个RJ45口与管理中心通信。如果旅客电话通信系统采用无线网格(MESH)技术,无线接入点AP 可以省去,旅客无线上网可以接入MESH系统来实现。这样列车的局域网主要为有线数据接入、视频监控、包间IC卡门锁和VOD视频点播等系统服务。

The data exchange part is established a 18 industries ring nets Ethernet switchboard in each compartment, in which the ring net use two kilomega electricity orifice, wireless turns on equipment、the monitoring server、the VOD system and wired access the net use others. According to we many years project experience, we select Taiwan MOXA company's industry ring net Ethernet switchboard EDS-518A, this switchboard has two kilomega electricity orifice, may set up kilomega ring nets, the equipment in the compartment uses other 16 10/100M electricity orifice. Two electricity orifice uses for meeting each compartment two wireless plug-in point AP (can elect), two electricity orifice meet the single-channel monitoring server which two monitoring camera uses, A electricity orifice uses in eac h compartment?s monitor workstation, the surplus Ethernet electricity orifice uses in the VOD system which meets in the compartment tip box and the RJ45 plug in which the wired data turns on and so on. Moreover, the IC card compartment door also needs a RJ45 orifice corresponds with the administrative center. If the passenger telephone communication system uses the wireless MESH technology, wireless plug-in point AP could omit, the passenger who uses wireless net may turn on the MESH system to realize. So train LAN mainly services for the special

compartment for the wired data、the monitoring、the IC card door and the VOD system and so on.

(二)因特网接入服务系统Internet Turns on the Service System

1、技术选型Product Election

由于列车的移动特征,本方案选用无线接入方式。由于目前的GSM、CMDA等无线接入带宽太小,不能满足列车高带接入的要求,因此我们决定采用卫星通信专线接入方式。接入带宽为2M(E1)的倍数,本次方案暂按接入带宽暂定为下行2M,上行1M,根据接入带宽的需要可以调整成2个或2个以上的2M带宽。由于采用卫星的专线接入,通信链路为独占式,通信质量和带宽保证了青藏列车的高带宽服务要求。

As a result of the train motion characteristic, this plan selects wireless turns on the way. Because uses the special line of the satellite to turn on system, the correspondence link for monopolizing -like, the correspondence quality and the band width has guaranteed the Qinghai and Tibet train high band width

service request.

2、具体设计Concrete Design

在车顶部安装北京北方波尔科技有限公司的动中通接收天线ISR-5000,车厢内安装卫星调制解调器和TCP加速器,完成数据信号的接收和回传。地面安装卫星主站,卫星主站与地面有线以太网相连。卫星主站采取接入北京市通信公司卫星通信局。

Train top-mounted receiving antenna ISR-5000 produced by Beijing north Pohl science and technology limited company. The compartment installs the satellite modem and the TCP accelerator, completes the data signal receive and feedback. The ground installs the satellite master station, the satellite master station is connected with the ground wired Ethernet. The satellite master station adopts the Beijing correspondence company satellite to pass the post office.

(三)旅客电话通讯系统Telephone Communication System

1、系统概述System Outline

根据客户要求在列车上建立语音通讯系统,本语音自动交换系统具备常规电话交换机系统的功能外,用户通过手持无绳电话(本方案采用WI-FI手机)可拔打列车上内部电话,也可拔打外线电话,并且手持机可在列车上的所有车厢内自动漫游。根据青藏铁路列车的无线网络需求,我们决定采用无线网状网来实现语音通信,同时还可实现:

本方案力求在满足以上要求的同时,尽可能的符合当今无线网络发展的方向,具备相当的先进性和可扩充、可升级的能力。充分考虑网络的可靠性、冗余能力、自愈能力,力求具有前瞻性,并充分考虑将来网络能够满足向更高性能扩展的能力,如3G。

This plan makes every effort above satisfying to request, as far as possible conforms to now the wireless network development direction, has ability which suitable advantage、may expand and may promote. This design full considers network reliability, the redundant ability, the ability of recover, makes every effort to have foresightedness, and with the full consideration the network will be able to satisfy the ability which will expand to the high performance in future, such as 3G.

2、技术选型Product Election

由于本电话通信系统是建立在列车上,如果采用传统的有线电话系统则要敷设很多线缆,这在列车上不太现实,而且传统的有线电话不能在列车内自动漫游;如果采用目前技术成熟的PHS方式(类似于小灵通)有两个方面的问题不能解决,一是自动漫游问题,由于车厢外壳是金属制品,屏蔽性很强,漫游问题解决不了,另一个是速度问题,PHS系统在本列车要求的时速达160公里时通话性能很难保障。因此我们考虑采用无线网格技术(MESH)的无线解决方案。

Because this telephone communication system is the establishment on the train, if used the traditional wire telephone system, it have to lay very many cables, this isn?t realistic on the train, moreover the traditional wire telephone cannot automated roaming in the train; If selects the present mature technology PHS method ,has two questions not to be able to solve, one question is the automated roaming, because the compartment outer covering is the metal product, shield very strong, the question of roaming is insolubility, another was the speed, the PHS system is difficult to safeguard which requested when this train reaches 160 kilometer/hour . Therefore we considered uses the MESH technology solution.

目前对于无线网络的建设可选择的技术较多,但就青藏铁路列车的实际情况,考虑到安全和性能的稳定性以及平滑升级的需求,采用先进的无线网状网技术是最符合
