印度芥菜对土壤Cd_Pb的吸收富集效应及修复潜力研究

印度芥菜对土壤Cd,Pb的吸收富集效应及修复潜力研究

摘要:通过盆栽试验对比研究了印度芥菜(Br ass ica j uncea)和油菜对复合污染土壤Cd,P b的吸收富集效应及修

复效率,初步探讨印度芥菜品种W ild Ga rden Pungent M ix净化重金属污染土壤的应用潜力。结果表明:Cd,P b

复合污染条件下,与油菜相比,印度芥菜对重金属Cd,Pb的抗耐性较强,地上部生物量较大,是同处理油菜的1.1

~2.0倍。印度芥菜和油菜对重金属Cd,P b的吸收富集表现出较为一致的特点,并且对土壤中重金属的吸收能

力顺序均为Cd>Pb,对土壤中Cd的吸收达到了100mg/kg以上,表现出了超富集植物的特性。但相比之下,印

度芥菜对土壤中Cd,Pb的吸收富集能力强于油菜。同时通过多元回归分析表明,两种植物对Cd,Pb的吸收不存

在复合效应。本研究中,印度芥菜对Cd的净化率为0.35%~9.22%,是同处理下油菜的2.1~3.5倍;印度芥菜

对Pb的净化率只有0.015%~0.356%,虽然是同处理下油菜的1.4~5.5倍,但远小于对Cd的净化率。研究表

明,该品种印度芥菜具备应用于修复Cd污染土壤的潜力。

Study on the Effects of C admium and Lead Absorption and Accumulation by Brassica j uncea and Its Phytoremediation Efficiency

Abstract:By analysis of Cd and Pb absorption and accum ulation w ith B rassica j uncea(Wild Garden Pungent Mix)and oilseed rape and their phy to remediation efficiencies to discuss the application potential of Wild Gar-den Pung ent M ix on pur ifying heavy metals contam inated so il w ith pot ex periment.The results show ed that the v ar iety of Br assica j uncea has higher tolerance to Cd and Pb com pound contam ination than oilseed rape, and its biom asses of sho ots w ere1.1times to2.0times hig her than that o f oilseed r ape.T he char acteristics of Cd and Pb abso rption and accumulatio n by the tw o plants are unifor m,and the abilities of absorption and accumulatio n of the tw o plants to heavy metals w ere all in the or der Cd>Pb.Especially the amounts o f Cd accumulated by the tw o plants have g one up to more than100mg/kg.H ow ev er,relativ ely speaking,the a-bilities of absor ption and accumulation of Br assica j uncea to Cd and Pb w er e stronger than that of oilseed rape.It w as also indicated that there w ere no compound effects on Cd and Pb absor ption and accumulatio n o f the tw o plants thro ug h multiple regr ession analy sis.T he purification rates of Br assica j uncea to Cd w er e 0.35%to9.22%,w hich w ere2.1times to3.5tim es higher than that of rape.M eanw hile,the purificatio n rates of Br assica j uncea to Pb w ere only0.015%to0.356%,w hich w ere1.4tim es to5.5times higher than that of rape.T he purification rate of Br assica j uncea to Cd w as hig her than Pb.In general,the variety o f Br assica j uncea has a g reat application potential to remediate Cd contam inated soil.

随着现代化农业生产中各种含有重金属的农药和化肥的大量使用、城市生活污水和垃圾处理不当以及工业/三废0的不合理排放,导致土壤重金属污染问题日趋严重,这不仅使土壤肥力下降,影响农产品产量和质量,而且恶化大气和水环境,甚至可通过食物链危及人类或动物的生命和健康[1]。因此,重金属污染土壤的修复和治理是全球面临的一个亟待解决的环境问题。近年来新兴的利用对某种或某些重金属具有特殊吸收富集能力
