磁共振成像与超声心动图评价心衰患者左心室结构、功能的比较

【摘要】目的：比较心脏磁共振（CMRI）与超声心动图（UCG）对心衰患者左心功能的评估价值。方法：对34例纽约心功能Ⅲ级患者进行CMRI和UCG检查，计算左室的室间隔厚度（IVST）、左室后壁厚度（LVPWT）、舒张末期内径（EDD）、收缩末期内径（ESD）、左心室收缩末期容积（ESV）、舒张末期容积（EDV）以及左心室射血分数（LVEF），配对比较，并进行相关性分析。结果：CMRI测得IVST、LVPWT、EDD、ESD、EDV、ESV、LVEF值分别为（8.6±1.8）mm、（8.6±2.2）mm、（58.2±3.2）mm、（35.3±3.6）mm、（194.64±37.20）ml、（140.15±33.00）ml、（42.12±6.59）%；UCG测得IVST、LVPWT、EDD、ESD、EDV、ESV、LVEF值分别为：（9.2±2.1）mm、（9.3±1.8）mm、（59.7±5.9）mm、（34.1±4.8）mm、（202.34±34.59）ml、（148.14±41.78）ml、（44.75±7.57）%，两种
