Good afternoon! Ask today’s weather, date and day.

Step II New Lesson

一．P12. A1. Listen. Read and sing.

Warm-up: Write playground on the board. Then introduce the picture words about playground. →identify the pictures and say the words with T→ask, “What is on your playground?”

1.Focus on the picture. What can you see?→I see a boy hiding under a

bench in front of me…

2.Learn new words: swing, slide, tree, jump rope, bench, swinging, sliding,

climbing, jumping, hiding (write two lines on the board to set up five phrases)

3.Play the audio or sing the song and point to the picture.

4.Sing and act out.

5.Read Morris’s question and have them answer.

二、Ｐ13. Ａ2. Listen. Point. Say.

1.Stand in front of the desk and say, “I’m in front of the desk.” Where am I?

(in front of the desk). →teach behind, who’s behind Leo?

2.Introduce there is. There is a book on my desk. →have them repeat.

3.Look at the pictures. →Point and learn new words: cat, kite, dog, balloon,

shoe, bug, ball, frog. →point and say.

4.Have them tell about the pictures
