全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS） 一、全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS）介绍 全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS）是经教育部有关部门同意举办的全国性小学生英语学科竞赛，是我国小学英语教学的主要激励机制之一。全国小学生英语竞赛根据教育部基础教育司关于中小学生外语测试、评估手段改革的指示精神，深化小学英语教学方法和测试方法的改革，全面培养我国小学生的英语素质，激发小学生学习英语的兴趣，激励在小学英语教与学上成绩优秀的师生。全国小学生英语竞赛分四个年级组进行：低年级组（一、二、三年级）、四年级组、五年级组和六年级组，分初赛和决赛两个程序。本竞赛面向大多数小学生，坚持自愿报名参加的原则，提倡“重在参与”的精神。 全国小学生英语竞赛在试题类型和考察的知识点方面，都强调学生对英语基础知识的把握，并重点强调学生运用英语的能力。 二、全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS）原则 全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS）的宗旨是全面培养小学生英语素质，激发小学生学习英语的兴趣。所以，竞赛的命题坚持适应小学生年龄的特点，培养学生爱学英语，使用英语的积极性。命题注重英语教学的基础与提高，注重学生英语潜能的开发和语言综合运用能力。 三、命题范围、竞赛题型（20XX年） 1．命题范围：赛题将以《英语课程标准》（实验稿）为依据，按照教育部《关于积极推进小学开设英语课程的指导意见》和《小学英语课程教学基本要求（试行）》对小学英语教学所作的要求命制。竞赛范围包括英语基础知识、英语语言技能、综合运用能力和英语素养等方面。根据目前我国“一标多本”，小学英语教材“多样化”的实际情况，本竞赛各个年级组赛题的命制将参考现行各种教材，但不拘泥于任何一种教材，按照各年级组学生的英语语言水平和各年级学生应掌握的核心语言基础知识、技能和综合运用能力要求命题。 2．竞赛题型：初、决赛的命题既有同步性，又有水平度。赛题考查的内容和形式主要包括字母、单词、短语、句子、对话和短文等内容，也有考查语言综合运用能力的题目，主、客观题兼备，以主观题为主。题型采用单项选择、填空、配对、转换、排序、简答、图片描述、连线、小作文等多种形式。赛题中的部分材料选自英语语言国家的英语读物或卡通读本之类的内容。赛题形式和内容生动活泼，图文并茂，题材广泛。本次竞赛还将设计一些智力赛题，以考查学生的逻辑、推理、判断和认知能力，并增加赛题的区分度。 3．样卷：全国竞赛组委会于20XX年3月17日前公布“20XX年全国小学生英语竞赛各年级组样题”，样题刊登在《英语辅导报》小学各年级学生版及20XX年版《英语奥林匹克》丛
