今年的3月10日，怀着期盼和喜悦的心情，我来到了武威十七中开始了为期两周的教学实习生活。

一个多月的实习生活，让我体会到了身为一名教师的甜酸苦辣，更让我体会到一名教师所肩负的责任。在这些天里，作为一名实习教师，我一直以教师的身份严格要求自己，处处注意言行和仪表，热爱并爱护实习学校和班级的学生，本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好班主任工作的同时，作为实习生的我一直紧记实习守则，遵守实习学校的规章制度，尊重实习学校的领导和老师，虚心听取他们的意见，完成实习学校布臵的任务，很好地塑造了学校的良好形象，给实习学校留下了不错的印象，并得到教师们的一致好评。实习期间，我的主要

任务是教育见习工作、英语教学工作、班主任工作、课程设计及创新实验等。下面就我的实习工作情况进行详细总结：

一、教育见习

首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。从实习第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。真实的英语课堂与我们平日的模拟课堂是完全不一样的。在真实的课堂中，学生的水平参差不齐，掌握知识的程度不一样，接受新知识的速度也不一样。而老师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。自己此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。往往在出现这种情况的时候，我会更加注意自己的引导方式并适当地简化自己的问题。教学方面主要是听课，学习老师的方法与经验，并向不同的老师进行请教自己的疑问、交流自己的所得，为上课做好充分的准备。班主任工作方面首先是和原班主任进行了交流，了解我所带的班级和班级同学，了解是班主任工作的基础。
