为大力推进建设创新型大学步伐,营造浓厚的校园创新创业氛围,中南大学公共管理学院秉着“崇尚科学,追求真知,锐意创新,迎接挑战的宗旨,以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为目标,在成立至今短短的三年时间里,通过不断组织学生参加创新创业讲座、报告等系列活动,对创新创业活动项目进行自己资助等方式,鼓励了一大批本科学生积极投身创新创业活动中去。 一、规范日常管理,完善队伍建设,鼓励大学生投身创新创业活动为鼓励大学生投身创新创业活动,我院在成立之初便建立了《公共管理学院大学生创新创业制度细则》(见附件1),将学院创新创业工作的日常管理制度化、规范化。 在队伍建设方面,学院组成以院长左高山教授、党委副书记赵平副教授为首的学生创新创业专家指导小组。 实行“双轨导师制,在学生自愿选择的基础上聘请学院各系专业老师与优秀研究生作为学生的学业导师和班导师,与导师形成一对一指导方式,指导学生创新创业活动,对学生进行创新创业教育。 通过这种方式,学生不仅从指导老师那里学到了所需的专业知识,更扩展了自身的知识结构,增强了沟通组织能力,培养了创新意识和创业精神,提高了自身的综合素质。 二、建立学院品牌,强化基地建设,鼓励大学生投身创新创业活动。 根据实际情况,学院领导意识到,学生在开展创新创业活动时,因为没有资金支持,很多优秀的项目被-迫停止了。

因此,为了能让学生创作出更加优秀的创新创业作品,从2015年建院起,学院拿出部分资金资助学生进行创新创业课题的研究,在继承原政治学与行政管理学院品牌创新项目“五高杯的基础上,建立学院新的“五高杯大学生创新性实践计划项目,增加创业团队的申报资格,作为学院新的创新创业基地。 2015年,经过学生自行申报课题,学生答辩,专家小组评审,学院共评出十项品牌项目,每项资助1000元;2011年,学院更加大投入,拿出20,000元支持学生开展创新创业活动(见附件2)。 1为进一步引导大学生自觉走理论与实践相结合的成才之路,让大学生在实践中受教育、长才干、做贡献,提高大学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养应用型和创新型人才,同时为推进当地经济社会的可持续发展,经与株洲攸县石羊塘镇友好协商,学院在当地挂牌建立创新创业实践基地,组织同学参与实践。 学院的举措大大鼓励了广大同学,参加创新创业活动的团队越来越多(见附件3)。 三、注重引导培训,指导实地调研,鼓励学生投身创新创业活动。 2015年至今,学院每年都会举行关于创新创业方面的系列讲座和培训,邀请优秀创新创业团队成员对广大学生,特别是低年级学生积极动员引导,并指导实践培训。 举办各类创新创业讲座及培训近10场,邀请嘉宾人数近20人次,参加讲座培训的学生达1500多人次(见附件4)。

模具设计与制造专业特色与创新项目报告 模具制造是一种技术、资金、人才密集型的产业,在我国国民经济中占有非常重要的地位。模具制造一直就有“一切制造之母”的称号。模具工业作为国家的基础产业,早在1989年就被国家定为机械工业技术改造序列第一位,在“十五”规划中列为重点扶持产业。鉴于模具作为包括机床工具、汽车制造、食品包装等在内的机械行业中机械基础件产业,以及电工电器、电子及信息行业的支持产业,在发展先进生产力当中,处于非常关键并服务全行业的地位,其发展对产业配套能力的提升和促进产业聚集优势的形成将起到链接和枢纽作用。 我院自2004年开办模具设计与制造专业以来,已有两届毕业生,且就业率均在97%以上,目前在校生329人,具有一定师资、教学、实验及实训条件和教学管理经验。纵观4年来的办学情况和发展趋势,我们不断地总结经验,改正教学环节中存在的种种缺点和不足,重点进行专业建设和以工学结合优质核心课程为中心的课程教学改革,充实师资队伍,扩建实训室、实验室和校内外实习基地,坚定不移地走工学结合的办学道路,充分整合社会资源扩建本院实习实训基地和实践指导教师队伍。专业办学4年来,积累了丰富的教学经验,创立了一套高职模具专业的教育模式,形成了高效的教学管理系统,并且在4年来的教学研讨和教学改革的过程中取得了较大的进步。4年来,我们为珠三角地区培养了一批高素质的活跃在模具设计、制造、销售、调试安装、生产管理等工作岗位的一线人员,就业率高达97%,且受到用人单位的一致好评。4年来的教学和改革,使我院高职模具专业办学的各种条件已经

《创新创业领导力》学后感 信号1705班王勋201711154 很幸运这个学期可以选陆向谦老师的创新创业领导力这门网课,它帮助我更加全面具体的了解了创业者如何创业,是如何在同行的竞争下取得成功。也让我正确的认识到创业的艰辛,以前的我就天真的以为创业就仅仅只是有钱,开一家公司,其实完全是错的,创业需要很多方面,很多人其实不具备创业的条件,我个人觉得钱这些东西是外在的方面,对于内在的方面,我觉得一个人是否有领导力直接决定这个人能否创业成功。那么何为领导力?我认为领导能力首先是一个人的个性和洞察力——他作为一个人的最核心的东西。所以他就必须拥有良好个人品质,能使别人信赖。其次,还有很多必须所拥有的品质。这些品质还必须与能积极与人沟通的能力结合起来。领导人物和别人建立良好人际关系,开始关怀别人,学会与别人交谈和调动别人的积极性。始终走在队伍的最前面,不断的自我成长,自我完善,为自己制订衡量的标准,为别人指引所要走的道路和鼓励他们去走完道路。更为直接的说法就是指在管辖的范围内充分的利用人力和客观条件在以最小的成本办成所需的事提高整个团体的办事效率。领导力是一种特殊的人际影响力。所以领导力是创业成功的必要条件之一。 成功,就是做好一件你想做的事情。这门课很多知名人士的成功,都是非常规自我实现来获得成功,京东创始人刘强东,最早在中关村卖刻录盘的时候,线下可以有六千多万的销量,线上仅仅只有一千多万的销量,而刘强东毅然决然关闭了线下的店专门开始在线上售卖,

他这一个举措就是非常规自我实现,沈思,在获得斯坦福硕士学位之后进入谷歌,在谷歌任中高层,她本可以继续在谷歌争取发展,可是她决定辞掉谷歌的工作,回国创业,这个也是非常规的自我实现。大成功必须要有非常规自我实现,也就是颠覆性创新。大多数人从小学开始就被教导要好好读书,考上好的高中,然后努努力考上好的大学,毕业之后最好进入一个稳定的公司稳定发展,这就是常规,反观这些常规,有多少人在经过常规之后实现了大成功,微软总裁比尔盖茨初中的时候很早就起来去学校机房写程序,可是他自己的基础课学习却不怎么样,他这个就是非常规自我实现,每个人都应该找到自己的兴趣所在,而不是一味的走常规路,一个模子刻出来的能有多大的成功,大多数人都是一样的,陆向谦老师小时候那个年代政治不稳定,当是在搞政治运动,他就喜欢自己看书,不断学习,在文革时期这么做可以是一个异类,但是最后在1976年高考的时候,他轻易的击败对手,顺利进入清华大学,80年代初他决定去美国留学,当时去美国留学不像现在这么火爆,因此没什么竞争,他到美国后发现中国缺少的并不是工程师,而是管理者,当时中国推崇的是数理化,当时的工商管理经济学是特别冷门的课程,他这个大胆的决定帮助他结实到了摩托罗拉,并成功的把摩托罗拉带进了中国。陆向谦老师有今天的成功,完全就是因为他每一步走的都非常的不寻常,不去走千军万马正在过的独木桥,而是自己独辟蹊径,也就是非常规的自我实现,追随自己的内心,做别人不敢做的事情,走别人不敢走的路。
