课程目标：《大学英语四级》针对有一定英语基础，希望通过大学英语四级考试的一年级学生。本课程以《大学英语课程教学要求》（试行）和《大学英语四级考试大纲》为依据，以培养学生较强的阅读能力、听的能力以及写和译的能力，使学生能以英语为工具，获取专业所需要的信息，进一步提高英语水平，打下较好的基础为目的。经过《大学英语四级》课程的学习，学生能在听力、阅读、写作和翻译方面有所提高，掌握良好的语言学习方法和应试技巧，争取获得大学英语四级考试证书。

主要内容：本课程的教学安排为1个学期，周学时为2课时。教学过程中紧紧围绕《大学英语课程教学要求》（试行）和《大学英语四级考试大纲》的相关内容设计教学任务，组织安排教学。英语应用能力是各种语言技能的综合反映，大学英语四级笔试考核听力理解、阅读理解、写作和翻译等语言能力。在具体的教学过程中，听、读、写、译的训练可以根据学生的特点和需要有所侧重，但要做到协调发展。在培养听、读、写、译各项技能时，既要强调掌握和应用语言知识的准确性，又要注意应用语言时的流利程度和得体性。从而达到“既帮助学生通过考试，又提高英语水平”的教学目的。学生在加强英语语言基础知识和基本技能训练的同时，提高英语综合应用能力。

（一）知识目标

1．词汇

学生掌握的总词汇量应达到4500个单词和700个词组，其中2000个单词为积极词汇，要求学生能够在认知的基础上学会熟练运用，包括在口头表达以及书面表达两个方面。

2．语法

语法复习涵盖主谓一致、动词、被动语态、虚拟语气、不定式、动名词、从句等，强化学生对这类语法知识的掌握，使学生能在听、读、写、译中综合运用所学语法知识，提高在语篇层面上运用语法知识的能力。

（二）能力目标

1．听力

能听懂语速为每分钟130-150词的对话或短文，掌握所听内容的大意，理解中心思想，能够听懂重要的或特定的细节，判断说话人的观点、态度等，理解隐含的意思，推论隐含的意义，判断话语的交际功能，理解句间关系等。

2．阅读

能够基本读懂一般性题材的英文文章，阅读速度达到每分钟70词，在快速阅读篇幅较长、难度略低的材料时，阅读速度达到每分钟100词；能基本读懂国内英文报刊，掌握中心意思，理解主要事实和有关细节；能读懂工作、生活中常见的应用文体的材料；能在阅读中使用有效的阅读方法，理解主旨大意、重要事实和细节、隐含意义、判断作者观点、态度等；理解明确表达的概念或细节，理解隐含表达的概念或细节（如总结、判断、推论等）；通过判断句子的交际功能（如请求、拒绝、命令等）来理解文章意思；理解文章的中心思想（如找出能概括全文的要点等）；理解作者的观点和态度；运用语言技能理解文章；理解词语（如

4．翻译

翻译部分为汉译英，共5个句子。要求学生能根据全句意思将汉语部分译成英语。翻译符合英语的语法结构和表达习惯，用词准确。
