浅谈整流变压器的施工技术方法及要求

摘要：整流变压器是大型的电气设备，其设计、制作、安装必须符合国家标准、行业标

准的规范要求。其安装及调试是一个重要环节，质量的好坏直接影响它的正常使用。本文从整流变压器的安装及调试的工艺要求及注意事项入手，阐述了整个施工过程。

Abstract： The rectifier transformer is large electrical equipment， its design， production，and installation must accord with the specification requirements of the national standards and industry standards. The installation and debugging is an important link， the quality directly affects the normal use. Starting from the technique requirements and matters needing attention of the installation and debugging of the rectifier transformer， this paper expounds the whole construction process.

0 引言

在电解铝工业中，整流所是整个行业的重要核心部位，而整流变压器又是整流所中最关键的设备。结合宁夏青铜峡铝厂二期工程、四川广元新启明星铝厂和兰州铝厂等项目的施工情况，对以前整流设备安装调试施工方法进行总结归纳如下：

1 施工工艺流程

图1是施工工艺图，图2是整流变压器油处理施工工艺流程。

2 吊罩进行器身检查

2.1 吊罩前的准备工作①检查油箱及附件是否齐全，有无锈蚀或机械损坏等现象，变压器密封是否良好，是否渗油及变压器实际油位。②施工前施工人员要详细阅读有关技术资料及说明书，并邀请厂家指导配合。③准备好材料、明确分工、各负其责，做好安全技术交底。④土建部门清理现场，施工现场铺一层碎石。⑤应了解当地气象部门提供的气象资料。⑥由于吊罩一般在户外进行，应有防止灰尘及雨水意外侵入的措施。⑦请甲方准备好上下油箱之间的密封圈，以备用。
