2.如何使用whole与all
Whole是形容词,意味“全部的”,修饰名词时,前一般有数量词或定冠词;既有定冠词又有数量词时,whole常位于定冠词后数量词前。

*whole与一般形容词一样,将冠词、物主代词放在其前面,而all须把限定词放在其后。

*whole一般不能修饰不可数名词或物质名词,而all也可以。
其结构为: all the/one’s + 不可数名词

3. every 和 each的用法
e.g. For every hour they skate, each st udent raises ten yuan for charity.
他们每滑一个小时,每个学生可为慈善机构募捐十元钱。
句中every和each都有“每一个”之意,但every指三者或三者以上的每一个,着重于整体,含有包括全体的意思。every只用作形容词,作定语修饰名词,不能用作代词,没有every of…这种形式;each指两个或两个以上中的每一个,着重于个体,既可作形容词,也可作代词。every和each在句中作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。
