What are good literature works in your standard? Use some of good literature works as examples in your examples in your explanation.

Shi Tiesheng

Shi Tieshengwas born in Beijing, and graduated from Tsinghua University High School. In 1969 he was a “sent – down youth” or urban youth sent to a rural area of S haanxi as part of the Down to the Countryside Movement of the Cultural Revolution. There he was paralyzed in an accident at the age of 21, and was sent back to Beijing.

Shi Tiesheng was a Chinese novelist, known for his a story which was the basis of the film Life on a String. He was published for the first time in 1979. His 1983 short story “My Faraway Clear Peace River” won the National Excellent Short Story Prize. The China Daily stated regarding his essay about the park near where he lived, “Many critics have consi dered I and the Temple of Earth as one of the best Chinese prose essays of the 20th century.”

There are words in theTemple of Earth: “For several hours in a row, I was totally absorbed in thinking about death, and just as patiently, I pondered why I had to be born. This kind of thinking went on for quite a few years util I finally understood: a person’s birth isn’t a question for debate, but is the reality handed to him by God. When God hands us this reality, he has already incidentally assured its end, so death is something one needn’t be anxious to bring about; death is a festival that is sure to befall you.”

Good literature something that when I read it my emotion is affected by the autho r’s and there is something change in my inside world maybe hopefulness or never give up and it can also change my attitude toward people and thing.

My major is Physics. It helps us to understand how the world around us works. It is the basis for most modern technology, and for the tools and instruments used in scientific, engineering and medical research and development. Actually, manufacturingis dominated by physics-based technology.

This is my interesting project.

I think I will definitely encounter difficulties in my future research. Physics research can be challenging. Sometimes you spend a lot of time on an experiment but still unable to get a good finding. But once you make a breakthrough, you will feel the greatest happiness.

Take what I’ve mentioned above, I think good literature should endure through time, arouse people’s feeling and lead us to think of life.
