小时候海南是从《我爱五指山我爱万泉河》的歌声以及《红色娘子军》

的电影中知道的，那时候感觉海南就像在不可企及的天边一样。《红色娘子军》的情节已经记不清了，只是知道那是一个恶霸迫害美丽少女吴琼花的故事，然

而对电影中的椰林却记忆犹新！那时候起，我就对海南以及海南的美丽椰林充

满了憧憬！

很多人说起海南的印象可能首先想到的是阳光、海水、沙滩、蓝天、白云。的确，海南的阳光是无私的，即使刚刚下过雨，等雨一停，暖暖的阳光又铺

下来了，经过层层叠叠的树叶过滤后，摇曳着照到地上，让人浮想联翩；三亚

的蓝天、白云是纯粹的，蓝的那么透亮，白的那么耀眼，甚至没有一点点私心

杂念；亚龙湾的海水、沙滩是无暇的，海水是那么地干净，沙滩是那么地柔和，在无风的清晨，漫步在海滩上，脚踏细沙，眼看大海，晨风照面，舒心爽怡……

然而，我却独爱海南婀娜多姿的椰子树！

椰子树在海南是最常见的植物了。在海边，一排排椰子树威武地挺立着，犹如保家卫国的钢铁战士；在山坡，一片片密集的椰林沿着山坡铺下去，形成

了一张凹凸有致的绿毯；在田野，三三两两的椰子树分布于田间地头，那是农

夫们歇脚纳凉的天然凉亭…….

谁说“独木难成林”？椰子树就不是，即使只有一颗椰子树矗立于旷野，

大风刮过时，其阴风怒号式的诉说也足以让人胆战心惊！

椰子树凝聚了海南人的品格——朴实无华，热情好客！它既有南方人的温

柔细腻，又有北方人的粗犷豪爽。在风平浪静的时候，椰子树静静的立在那儿，犹如一位充满柔情的美丽少女，偶尔还向你暗送秋波；椰子树还像一位内外秀

中的母亲，默默地奉献着累累果实。无情的台风刮过时，椰子树又成了刚毅的

汉子，即使被拦腰折断或连根拔起，也绝不低下高贵的头，弯下正直的腰！

椰子树的生命力是旺盛的，其性格坚毅，而且不挑环境，随遇而安。即使

在海边的沙滩上，他一样枝繁叶茂，倔强地向上生长，也一样结出累累果实。

椰子树是无私的！他不像其它果树，结果有季节性，椰子树一年四季都在

结果，同一颗树上大的果实如橄榄球一般大，小的犹如小槟郎。其果实全身都

是宝：椰子水是世界上最纯净的天然饮料，烈日炎炎下，坐在椰树下，把一颗

成熟的椰子用刀砍一个口子，直接插一根吸管喝下去，淡淡的清香伴着甘甜顺

着嗓子滑下去，立马神定气爽、心旷神怡。用椰子水蒸出的椰子饭以及用椰子

水直接涮出来的椰子鸡是海南特有的美食，百吃不厌。椰子肉可以做成椰子糖、椰子糕等特色小吃。就是那看似无用的椰子壳也可以做成食品级的高质量活性炭。

椰子树是棕科椰属的唯一种大型植物，椰子是椰树的果实，是一种在热带

地区很普及的果实。椰子树的普及也与其果实椰子可以在海中随风浪漂流上千

公里后生殖到离母树非常远的地方有关。椰子树是常绿乔木，产于热带。树干

高约15～30m，单项树冠，整齐。叶羽状全裂，长4～6m，裂片多数，革质，线状披针形，长65～100cm，宽3～4cm先端渐尖；叶柄粗壮，长超过1m。

大家熟悉的椰子是椰子树的果实，内有汁可做饮料。椰子水富含蛋白质、

脂肪和多种维生素，促进细胞再生长，可吃可饮，明目健胃醒酒。椰子果肉白色，可以吃也可榨油，营养丰富。果皮纤维可结网，树干可做建筑用材料，树

皮有药用价值。椰子属植物类有机果实，无污染，含丰富维生素B、C、氨基酸

和复合多糖物质，椰子水富含蛋白质、脂肪和多种维生素，促进细胞再生长，

可以饮用，甘甜解暑。

一般商业卖出来的椰子在收割时还是绿色的，未成熟的果实，它有点三角

形状，足球大小。在外地出售的“椰子”实际上是椰子的棕色的核，也叫作
