【摘要】Objective: To synthesize related substances in the quality control of clopidogrel bisulfate.Methods: Related substances of A, B, C were prepared through a series of synthetic reaction such as hydrolysis, condensation, the resolution and so on. Results: The testing results of the obtained products by HNMR, CNMR, IR, elemental analysis, high resolution mass spectrum were in accord with the requirement. Conclusion: The obtained products can be used as the impurity standards for the quality study of clopidogrel bisulfate.%目的:对硫酸氢氯吡格雷质量检测中有关物质进行合成.方法:通过水解、缩合、拆分等一系列合成反应分别制备得到有关物质A,B,C.结果:得到的产物经HNMR、CNMR、红外光谱、元素分析、高分辨率质谱等检测,结果符合要求.结论:得到的有关物质可作为硫酸氢氯吡格雷质量研究的杂质标准品.
