1.目的Intention
为确保SIBCO全体员工人身财产安全，提高团队成员的自我安全意识，贯彻以人为本，安全第一的安全方针，特制订本手册。
In order to make sure personal safety and property safety of all the staff in SIBCO, and improve our team members’ safety awareness, implement” people oriented, safety first” safety policy, we specially make this safety handbook.

3.涵盖范围Safety range
3.1办公室安全Office safety
1）接触保密文件的员工应避免在公众场合讨论有关内容（例如在飞机上，在餐厅里）
Don’t discuss our company’s confidential content in public place (such as
on airplane, in restaurant)
2）员工在离开办公室时应将保密文件上锁
The confidential file should be put into a safe place and locked when staff
is out of office
3）最后离开办公室者负责关闭所有灯具和电器，并确定办公室门已上锁
The last one who leave the office is responsible for turning off all the
lights and electrical appliances
4）使用办公电器时，应严格遵照使用说明
Please comply with the instruction when using electrical appliances in
office
5）保证安全通道畅通，办公区域禁止吸烟
Keep the escape way unblocked, smoking in office is forbidden 6）如有任何个人物品遗失或公司财物被盗情况发生，请立即通报保安人员
If your personal property or our company’s property is stolen,
please call the police at once
3.2交通安全Traffic safety
为确保出行安全，我们每个员工要自觉遵守交通规则。
Every member should obey the traffic laws and regulations consciously so that we can ensure safety of ourselves
1）过马路时要左右看，走人行横道，听从交警指挥，做到“红灯停，绿灯行”。
When crossing roads, we should look left and right, take the pedestrian
crossing, obey police’s command, make sure “ red light stop, green light
go”.
2）乘坐公共交通时，要管好自己的行李，以防失窃。
When taking the public transportation, we should take care of our
baggage in case of losing or being stolen.
3）外出时，要尽量避免乘坐无营业执照的交通工具或黑车。
Avoid taking the unlicensed transportation or illegal cub when we are
out.
3.3住宿安全以及饮食卫生Accommodation safety and dietetic health
1）住宿安全：在外留宿时，应选择安全系数比较高的酒店，比如连锁酒店，要将贵重物品放在酒店前台保管，就寝前要检查门是否关好。
Accommodation safety: we’d better choose a high safety hotel, such as
chain hotel, ask the receptionist to take care of our valuable goods, and
confirm the door is shut before sleeping.
2）饮食卫生：在外就餐时，尽量避免选择路边的小摊小贩，以防造成身体不适或者食物中毒等事故。
Dietetic health: the small street stall is not a good choice for having a
meal, in order to keep our body in good condition, we’d better have a
meal in a healthy restaurant.
3.4现场服务过程安全Safety of on site service
1）着装：在客户现场服务时，必须穿工作服、工作鞋，戴安全帽。若因工作需要，需接触粉尘或有毒有害气体，应佩戴口罩、防毒面具等
保护设施，若现场为无尘室或其他特殊环境，则应按照客户要求，穿
戴合适的服装。
Dressing: we must wear work clothes, work shoes & safety helmet when
doing service on site, if necessary, we should wear some protective
equipment, such as a respirator or a gas mask in case of dust or poison
gas. If the site is clean room or some special environment, our dressing
depends on customer’s requirements.
2）高空作业：员工在2m 以上高度作业，属于高空作业。患有心脏病、高血压的员工不适宜进行高空作业。高空作业前必须仔细检查架子、
梯子以及防护用品，如有损坏或变形，应立即修理加固。高空作业人员必须系安全带，高空作业所用材料、工具，不许扔上扔下，材料、工具应放在稳妥的地方，防止高空落物伤人。
Work aloft: it belongs to work aloft when working more than 2 meters above the ground, the people with heart disease or high blood pressure is not suitable for working aloft, before work aloft, it’s important to check the frame or ladder carefully, it should be fixed and reinforced if it has been damaged or deformed, the man working aloft must tie safety belt, and all the materials and tools should be taken care, it’s not allowed to throw something up and down in case of injury people.
3）电气安全：Electricity safety
a 执行电气操作人员必须持有电工证，穿绝缘鞋。
The electrical operator must have a electrical certificate and wear a pair of insulated shoes.
b执行电气操作前，应首先断开此设备的总开关，并用万用表检查确认。然后挂好写有设备维修中，请勿合闸的安全标志，并通知现场所有操作此设备的员工。
Before handling the electrical circuit, the system’s power source should be cut off, you’d better reconfirm the voltage using a multimeter, and then label a sign with a phrase: equipment maintenance, do not switch on, at last, we should inform all the people who operate this system.
c 带有电容的电路必须等电容放电完成，才能操作该电路。
The capacitor must be discharged completely before operating the circuit.
d没有监护人时，不得独自操作电气电路
Operation the circuit alone is not allowed, it’s at least 2 persons on site.
e 送电测试前，要检查工厂电源是否达能到设备的配电要求，注意三
相交流电的相序是否正确，所有的电气设备均保护接地，防止因设备绝缘设施破坏，而出现的漏电现象。
Before switching on the system, the power supply should be confirmed whether it can match the system’s electrical requirements, pay attention to the phrase sequence, all the electrical parts must be grounded so that there is no current leakage when the insulation is damaged.
f 确保供给每个电气部件的电压以及功率都能达到该部件的额定电压、
额定功率。
Check the power supply of each electrical component step by step, and confirm whether it can reach the rated voltage and wattage.
g 接触电路板时，人体必需可靠接地，以防人体的静电瞬间释放，烧
坏电路板。
Make sure you are properly grounded, because static electricity contains thousands of volts and can easily burn an Integration chip.
4）机械安全Mechanical safety
a 不要接触和操作不熟悉的机械，因为操作它们可能会导致意想不到
的后果。
Do not touch any equipment that you do not know how it works, because
it will occur unimagined accident if you operate it in a wrong way.
b 操作维修设备时，须严格依照设备作业指导书或操作手册进行规范
操作。
You must conform the instruction of SOP or user’s guide strictly when
handling the equipment.
c 使用较锋利的工具，比如刀子、钳子、剪刀等时，要注意安全。
Please pay attention to the sharp tools, such as knife, pinchers, scissors and so on.
d 手动抬起或移动机械设备时，须戴手套，穿安全鞋，以防手脚被砸
伤。
Please wear gloves and safety shoes when uplifting and moving the heavy machine.
e 安装设备的脚轮时，需用千斤顶或油压车将设备完全顶住，才能操
作，否则，可能会因设备突然下落，而造成手脚被砸伤的后果。
Most of the machines need to install the adjustable feet for the initial
installation, you know, the equipment is heavy, so when you install
the adjustable feet, at least use two jacks and make sure the machine
has been propped up firmly, otherwise it could damage your hand.
f 操作运转中的机械部件前，应先断开该部分的动力源.
Before handling running mechanical part, you should first disconnect
it’s power supply.
5)气压、液压以及高温
Air pressure, hydraulic pressure and high temperature
a 如须操作气源设备或者液压设备，须先将气压和液压完全释放掉，
才能对其进行操作。
Please first release it’s pressure before you operate compressed air
supply or hydraulic supply part.
b 操作设备时，如须接触有毒有害的物体，请戴好橡皮手套，不可用
手直接接触高温的设备，如须接触，请戴上防高温隔热手套。
If you have to touch toxic substance, please wear rubber gloves in
advance.
If you have to touch high temperature equipment, please wear
thermal resisted gloves.
3.5火灾的防范及逃生Fire prevention and escape
外出服务时，如发生火灾，我们需要注意以下几点：
When we are out, if there is a fire happening to us, we should do the
followings :
1）当发现楼内失火时，切忌慌张、乱跑，要冷静地探时着火方位，确定风向，并在火势未蔓延前，朝逆风方向快速离开火灾区域。
When a fire has happened inside a building, please keep calm, don’t
run here and there, confirm the fire’s location and wind direction, we
should escape the fire scene against the wind ASAP before the fire
spread widely.
2）起火时，如果楼道被烟火封死，应该立即关闭房门和室内通风孔，防进烟。随后用湿毛巾堵住口鼻，并将身上的衣服浇湿，以免
引火烧身。
If the corridor has been blocked by thick smoke during escape, firstly,
we should close doors and indoor air vents in case of flowing in smoke,
then use damp towel to cover month and nose, water the clothes on
our body in case of being burnt
3）千万不要从窗口往下跳。如果楼层不高，可用绳子从窗口降到安全地区。
Don’t jump from the window, if the building is not high, you can use a
rope through the window to descend you to a safe area.
4）发生火灾时，不能乘电梯，因为电梯随时可能发生故障或被火烧坏；应沿防火安全疏散楼梯朝底楼跑.
When a fire has happened to you, do not take elevator during escape,
because it may be broken down at any time, please escape from the
safety passage.
4 总结Conclusion
总之，我们SIBCO员工在任何时候都要有足够的安全意识，尤其是客户服务工程师，当我们在外服务客户时，一定要注意安全，要时刻保持清醒的头脑，三思而后行，遇到不熟悉的设备或者环境，要及时询问，要严格遵守各项安全规章制度，只有这样，我们的生命和财产安全才能得到保障。
In a word, our SIBCO personnel should put safety into first at any time, especially for CS engineers, we must pay enough attention to our safety when we are out, we must always keep a clear mind, think first, then take action, when you meet unfamiliar equipment or environment, please inquire first, obey all the safety laws and regulations, only that, our life and property safety can be safeguarded.
