敬告用户：

1、保修期从房屋交付使用日起计。

2、该楼房经用户装修更改或用户使用不当而造成损坏，我公司不再承担保修

责任。

3、业主自行装修改变过的部分及增加的项目不属保修范围。

4、配送电器的保修期，按照设备厂家保修年限计算。

5、部分装修材料如出现不如人意（如开裂以及门窗问题）现象，属保修范围，

而不属结构问题。

6、保修期满或保修范围以外部位的维修，均为有偿服务。

Things you need to know:

1. The warranty starts from the day the residence is handed over to you.

2. If a property is damaged due to the decoration or change of the improper use of the resident, we will no longer take the warranty responsibility.

3. The parts that have been changed or added by the resident through decoration are not under warranty.

4. The warranties of the appliances equipped are the same as the warranties established by the manufacturers.

5. Part of the decoration materials which appear unsatisfied phenomenon, (such as cracking, doors and windows,) belong to the warranty scope, not of structural problems.

6. For items not under warranty or of which the warranty has expired, we will provide repairing at cost price.
