《机场服务英语》课程标准
（一）课程性质与任务
1. 课程性质与任务：机场服务英语是空中乘务专业的一门专业核心课程，是传授民航地勤服务英语重点词汇、句型和表达方式的专业课程，具有很强的实用性。机场服务英语包含民航地勤服务各岗位的基础知识以及相应英语表达知识，是其工作人员必须具备的基本能力。通过本课程学习，学生能够了解民航地勤服务各岗位所应具备的知识和英语能力，并使其具备基本的机场地勤服务能力和英语口语交流能力。
2. 前导课程：英语听力训练、英语口语训练、民航基础知识、民航服务礼仪、民航服务心理学
3.同修课程：机场地面服务与管理、民航服务与人际沟通、民航法律法规
（二）课程教学目标
1. 知识目标
（1）掌握地勤服务常用的英语专业词汇、句型、表达方式等语言知识；
（2）掌握售票服务、问询服务、行李托运服务、安检服务、值机服务、引导服务等流程的基本理论知识和相关英语词汇、句型以及表达方式。
2. 能力目标
（1）能熟练运用英语完成旅客群体的客票预定、修改、取消程序操作等；
（2）能根据岗位标准并熟练运用英语规范办理旅客乘机手续；（3）能熟练运用英语进行进出港航班的引导服务；
（4）能根据安检流程运用英语完成证件、人身和物品的检查；（5）能根据民航运输规定熟练运用英语进行行李托运相关处理；（6）能运用地勤服务英语进行业务介绍或其它沟通交流。
3. 素质目标
（1）具备较高的思想政治觉悟、良好的行为规范和职业素养；（2）具备较强的语言表达能力，良好的团队意识和沟通能力；（3）具备较强的安全操作意识，严谨的态度和吃苦耐劳的精神；（4）具备国际文化素养，能够基本应付英语工作环境；
（5）具备自我更新和提高能力，能不断提高自身专业英语素质。（三）参考学时
本课程参考学时为64学时
（四）课程学分
本课程16学时为1个学分，共4学分。

（六）教学建议
1. 教学方法
本课程运用的教学方法有以下五种。
（1）情景交流法
现代的语言教学强调语言在一定的语言环境中的运用。激发学生的兴趣后结合课程设置一些相关问题，用启发和讨论的方式进行问题式学习，教学内容环环相扣，紧密相连。
（2）多媒体教学法
多媒体教学通过课件展示，达到讲解的目的，突出难点。课件内容涉及单词讲解、重点句子、宣传影片和声音，穿插在各个教学板块中，使课堂气氛活跃，让学生积极参与到学习过程中。
（3）任务驱动教学法
在教学过程中，应立足于加强学生实际运用能力的培养，采用任务驱动教学法，通过角色模拟提高学生学习兴趣。
（4）互动教学法
教学关键是现场教学，教与学应很好互动，教学示范，学生操作，
学生提问、教师解答、指导。
（5）分组教学法
采用分组教学的模式进行。教师从学生的实际出发，因材施教，着力培养学生对本课程的兴趣，从而提高学生学习的主动性和积极性。
2. 评价方法
本课程为考试课，实施方案包含“过程性考核、期末考核”两部分：
（1）过程性考核
主要根据学生日常课上出勤率、项目实训评价、作业完成等因素进行评定，共占总成绩的40%。
（2）期末考核
采用笔试和实际操作的方式实行，占总成绩的60%。考核内容按所含知识难易、综合程度分为：基础知识（40%）、实训模拟情景考核（20%）两部分。
期末考核的重点内容包括售票服务、问询服务、广播服务、值机服务、引导服务、安检服务等模块中的关键知识点以及重点英语词汇、句型和对话。
模拟情景考核根据教授内容为学生模拟相似的情景，使学生身临其中，扮演不同工作任务中的角色，解决乘客（其他学生）给予的各类问题。能快速应变并找出最佳解决问题方法的同学，或总是先于其他同学找出解决实际问题（难题）的方法的同学，可以获得相应的加分。
情景模拟考核可以以售票服务、问询服务、广播服务、值机服务、引导服务、安检服务等为内容设置情景，主要考察学生的英语音准、
声调、流畅度、现场反应能力、团队合作能力以及对关键知识点的掌握。
情景考核操作要求：所选情景以抽签方式决定；出场序号以抽签方式决定；场景自行布置，道具自行准备；每组演示，答、辩时间限制在10分钟内；评委评分，以平均分记为小组分数，表现突出或不佳者适当增加或减少分值。
3. 教学条件
（1）教学团队
本课程教学团队共有4人，硕士学历4人，讲师1人。
（2）实训条件
模拟客舱、语音室、形体房、化妆间等。
（3）课程资源
积极建设并充分利用现代信息技术和网络资源，包括电子书籍、电子期刊、数字图书馆、专业网站等。本课程授课时配有多媒体课件，学生可以通过上网学习多媒体课件进行预习复习。教师的联系方式及电子邮箱对学生公开，为在线及时答疑与师生交流提供了便利的平台。利用多种突进和平台，使教学内容从单一化向多元化转变，使学生知识和能力的拓展成为可能。
