本单元的重要内容是“描述物品”。教师在教学的过程中,利用实物、图片或多媒体等直观手段呈现单词,帮助学生达到听懂、会说的要求。在学习本单元日常交际用语的时候,教师也可结合以前学过的学习用品单词创设真实的语境,引导学生在情景中学会描述学习用品类单词,以培养学生的语言运动能力。三、学情分析:
学生对于这单元的This is……及对其评价的方式这是一个难点项目,老师应该重点这一组对话的操练,并及时复现,让学生达到能自如地应用这一组对话。

Step 1 Warming-up
T: Good morning, boys and girls. I’m Miss Fang.
T: I’m very happy to see you. How are you?

Ss: It’s a ruler.

Step 2 Presentation
1. T puts on the school supplies and pretends to be some lovely baby, then T says hello to the Ss.
2. T: Hi, boys and girls. Look at this. This is my book.
T writes down: This is my book.

T: Now you’re all Mike.
3. T takes the book, book, this is my book.
T: Yes, when someone ask your friend, you can ask: Is this your book?
(Point to the blackboard) And you also can say: How nice, we have learnt this sentence last term.
T: Hi, this is my pencil. (T writes on the blackboard) T emphasizes the pronunciation of “your pencil” and make the difference between “this” by the gesture.

T: Oh, This is my pencil. (Write down on the blackboard.)
T corrects the pronunciations.

5. T: pencils and rulers are our school supplies (explain classmates) And they’re all very nice, can you find any difference between them?. Teacher concluded.
