General Description

MAR-3SM+ (RoHS compliant) is a wideband ampli?er offering high dynamic range. It has repeatable

performance from lot to lot. It is enclosed in a Micro-X package. MAR-3SM+ uses Darlington con?guration and is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology. Expected MTBF is 2700 years at 85°C case temperature.
