城市双修背景下的绿色基础设施规划设计

摘要：2017年“城市双修”工作已被列入城市人民政府的主要议事议程，成为我国城市发展的重要举措，住房城乡建设部安排部署在全国全面开展生态修复、城市修补工作。早在1999

年我们就引入绿色基础设施的规划建设理念，探索中国特色的可持续城镇化发展模式。通过分析枫溪湿地的规划与设计过程，提出源本而做生态融城、应求而为文化引领、顺势而生价值提升三个层面的生态社会效益，体现了其作为城市重要绿色基础设施的内涵意义。同时借鉴推广“宏观战略保护、中观管控引导、微观景观营造”三个步骤，可作为我国绿色基础设施规划设计的有效途径之一。

Abstract： In 2017，the work of “City Shuangxiu” has been included in the main agenda of the Municipal People’s Government and has become an important measure for the development of urban areas in China. The Ministry of Housing， Urban and Rural Construction has arranged to carry out ecological restoration and urban repair work in the whole country. As early as 1999， we introduced the concept of green infrastructure planning and construction， to explore the sustainable development of urbanization model with Chinese characteristics. By analyzing the planning and design process of Fengxi wetland， the author puts forward the ecological and social benefits of the three aspects， which is the important green infrastructure of the city. Connotation meaning. At the same time， it is one of the effective ways to design and design the green infrastructure in China，which is the third step of the promotion of “macro strategy protection， middle view control guidance and micro landscape construction”.
