一、务必高度重视，加强领导

2、尽管我地处于世博会安保工作的二线，但千万不要有侥幸心理和麻痹思想，一定要增强防恐、反恐意识。这里特别要指出的是较往年增加了“防恐”二字，这个“防”字，要求我们每个水运人都应该具备的责任心和发挥主观能动性，世博会期间我们所有员工都要擦亮眼睛，注意观察客人的表情和动向，发现异常，及时报告，不给恐怖分子有可乘之机。同时，加大查堵易燃易爆、危险品的力度，杜绝危险物品上船。
