摘要:宿迁市井头泵站设计扬程和平均扬程均为1.7 m,为适应其扬程低的特点,采用了竖井式贯流泵装置。运用三维湍流数值计算方法对该泵装置进、出水流道进行了优化水力设计,并通过模型试验对泵装置水力性能进行了检验。模拟计算结果表明,进、出水流道内的流态平顺均匀,叶轮室进口的流速分布均匀度和水流入泵平均角度分别达到98.7%和88.7°,水头损失小;设计工况时的泵装置效率和临界空化余量分别为80.3%和3.11 m,与模型试验结果(设计工况时的泵装置效率和临界空化余量分别为81.1%和3.3 m)接近。因此,井头泵站竖井式贯流泵装置的选型设计合理并达到最优,为泵站的安全、稳定和高效运行奠定了基础。

Abstract:The design and average heads of Jingtou pumping station in Suqian city are both 1.7 m,and thus shaft tubular pump system is applied to adapt its characteristics of low heads.The optimum hydraulic design for the inlet and outlet conduits of the pump system were conducted using the numerical simulation method of three dimensional turbulence flow,and the hydraulic performance of the pump system was verified using model test.The results indicated that the flow pattern in the inlet and outlet conduits is uniform and smooth,the velocity distribution uniformity and the average angle
