Declaration of Environmental Protection

本公司(包含子公司)特此保證:

Our company (including its subsidiary, associated and holding companies) herein guarantees:

所有提供給正文科技股份有限公司(包含但不限於子公司) (以下簡稱正文科技)之所有產品、材料、零件，須符合EU 2002/95/EC－RoHS指令、正文科技QP2301電子電機設備(EEE)禁用物質管制作業程序及相關環保法規之所有要求。「材料、零件」之定義係指本公司直接提供或本公司經由第三人間接提供予正文科技之材料、零件。

All products, materials and parts deliverable to Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd (including Gemtek’s subsidiary, associated and holding companies) (hereby referred to as “Gemtek”) are totally in compliance with EU 2002/95/EC- RoHS Directive、the requirement of Gemtek’s Restricted Substances of EEE Control procedure together with other mandatory environmental protection statute or orders. “Material and parts deliverable” herein is defined as material and parts deliverable to Gemtek directly or through third party cooperation.

並保證本公司提供之所有化學檢測報告及相關環保資料均為經國際認證合格之實驗室所出具，內容絕無任何造假情事。若有違反上述之保證情事發生，本公司願賠償正文科技及其客戶因此所受之損害(包含相關訴訟及律師費用)。

Herein also guarantees all chemical test reports and related environment control data provided by our company are without fraud and performed by accredited laboratories such as SGS or Intertek. In the event of any violation of aforesaid guarantee or non-compliance, our company agrees to pay all damages and penalties incurred by Gemtek and Gemtek’s customer (including without limitation the fees for lawsuit and attorney’s fees).
