1. 文章不少于三篇,阅读量在1,000单词左右;

2. 题材广泛,包括科普、社会、文化、政治、经济等多方面内容;

1) Which is the best title of the passage?

2) Which of the following is this passage about?

3) In this passage the writer tries to tell us that______.

4) The passage tells us that______.

5) This passage mainly talks about_______.

1) Which of the following is right?

2) Which of the following is not mentioned?

3) Which of the following is Not True in the passage?

4) Choose the right order of this passage.

5) From this passage we know ________.

1) The word “”in the passage probably means ________.

2) The underlined word “It”in the passage refers to _______.

3) In this story the underlined word “”means ________.

4) Here “it”means________.

1) Many visitors come to the write’s city to ________.

2) Some shops can be built Dongfeng Square so that they may _____.

3) Air pollution is the most serious kind of pollution because _____.

4) Why did the writer get off the train two stops before Vienna station?

1) We can guess the writer of the letter may be a ______.

2) We can infer from the text that _______.

3) From the letters we’ve learned that it’s very ___ to know

something about American social customs.

4) From the story we can guess ______.

5) What would be happy if …?

1) How did the writer feel at Vienna station?

2) The writer writes this text to ______.

3) The writer believes that ______.

4) The writer suggests that ______.

(True or False):Everyone likes the music. <

1. 五个W (who ,which ,when ,where ,what )和一个H (how );

2. 数字、日期、时间等;

(1)注意定义和解释;

(2)同义词或近义词的提示;

(3)近义词和反义词的提示;

(4)利用悬念的属种关系;

Dear Alan, Guess what? I have a chance to choose my new place to live in. I am excited and a little nervous. Could you please give me some help? I am not sure whether I will live in a house or in an apartment. On the one hand, a house will be too big for just one person, so maybe I should rent an apartment, On the other hand, if I rent a house, I could find someone else to share with me. The only problem is that a house full of people might be too noisy for me. I prefer to have my own space. The city has some nice apartments, but they are also too expensive. However, if I could find a two-bedroom apartment and get a roommate, that would make it more affordable. I just need to search for a roommate who is neat and quiet. You know I can not live with someone who is loud and messy. I do not have a car, so I also need to think carefully about the location. I probably need to look for somewhere near a bus stop or an underground station. That way I will have more time to study and spend less time travelling. I'm looking forward to your reply.

教学模式总结如下: Presentation(导入)——skimming(粗读)——listening and reading(听读)——scanning (跳读)——intensive reading(细读)——retelling(复述)——discussing(讨论)——writing (写作)——summary(小结)。 What does Wang Kun do? Where is she now? What’s the article mainly about? Step 3:Listening and reading How many table manners are mentioned in the passage ? What are they ? be supposed to do be not supposed to do Step 5:Intensive reading 1、Why was Wang Kun nervous before she arrived in France? 2、Why did she have no reason to be nervous? 3、How has her French improved? 4、What is one particular challenge she is facing?

What subject do you worry about the most at school? Many students worry about math. Some students can't sleep well the day before a math exam. Others may feel very nervous during the exam itself. But there might be a way to make the subject less stressful(压力大的). "For people who are worried about math, posture (姿势)makes a big difference," Erik Paper from San Francisco State University told the Daily Mail. That's right – sitting up straight can help you do better on math exams. Scientists tested 125 college students.
