2695液相色谱使用参考规程

1.开机

A开电脑，待稳定后；

B开稳压器，开主机电源，开检测器电源，自检，自检完成分离器屏出现 Idle （空闲）

C 当每根进料管离开过液面，需要流动相脱气确认所有溶剂管路都充满溶剂：

按【 Menu/Status 】，进入“ Status （ 1 ）”屏幕。

光标选“ Degasser ”，按【 Enter 】，显示选项屏幕，

光标下移选“ On ”，按【 Enter 】。

光标再选“ Compomtion ”中欲使用的流动相，输入 100％

按【 Direct Function 】，光标选“ Wet Prime ”，按【 Enter 】，显示“ Wet Prime ”屏幕，输

入 7.5ml/min 和 2min ，按【 OK 】，待限定时间结束后，对每种流动相重复操作。

D 冲洗自动进样器：

在“ Status （ 1 ）”屏幕下，光标选“ Composition ”，输入流动相的组成。

按【 Direct Function 】，光标选“ PurgeInjector ”，按【 Enter 】，显示“ Purge Injector ”屏幕，输入“ Sample Loop V olumes 6.0 ” ，光标下移“ Compression Check ”，按任意数字键，按【 OK 】。

E 冲洗进样针：

在主屏幕下，按【 Diag 】，显示“ Diagnositcs ”屏幕，按【 Prime Ndl Wash 】，显示“ Prime Needle Wash ”屏幕，按【 Start 】，30s 内应见溶剂从废液排放口流出。按【 Close】、【 Exit 】。

F 冲洗柱塞杆密封垫：

在主屏幕下，按【 Diag 】，显示“ Diagnosities ”屏幕，按 Prime Seal Wash ，显示“ Prime Seal Wash ”屏幕，按【 Start 】，待排放口有水流出，按[ Halt ]、[ Close]、[Exit ]。

2 进样：

编辑建立一个新的仪器方法，或者打开一个已经建立的方法。单击“监视器”，启动泵运行调

用的方法来进行进样前系统的平衡。待系统基线已经平衡15min以上，即可单击“运行样品”进

样分析。

3 关机：

实验结束后，首先关闭检测器电源；

在2695样品槽中换上水冲洗系统20分钟，然后用甲醇或乙腈冲洗系统40分钟

按2695面板Diag键，选择Prime Seal Wash，清洗泵头约1分钟；

再选择Prime Ndl Wash，清洗进样针1-2次；

按Menu/Status键进入手动控制模式，按Direct Function键，选择Purge Injector，冲洗进样

器；

降低流速至0，待系统压力回零后，关闭2695电源。

关闭计算机及显示器电源。
