摘要

本文的主要内容是基于PLC的机械运动手控制,工业机械手是工业生产的产物,它是一种模仿人体上肢的部分功能,按照预定程序输送工件或握持工具进行操作的自动化技术设备,对实现工业生产自动化,推动工业生产的进一步发展起着重要作用。本文将通过PLC程序来实现机械手的运动控制,PLC是一种以微处理器为核心的工业控制装置,它采用了可编程序的存储器,可以在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时器、计数器和算术运算等操作的指令,并通过数字式、模拟式的输入输出,控制各种类型的设备或生产过程。本文中机械手涉及到8个动作过程,我们将通过V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP6PLC编程软件来对其工作过程进行编程设计,V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP6编程软件操作简单方便,而且还可以通过和计算机的通信实时的对工作程序进行模拟调试和修改,工业机械手是工业机器人的一部分,是机电一体化的结合,为了使工业机械手的操作自动化程度提高,本文还将加入机械手人机界面控制,通过触摸屏的来对机械手的运功过程进行操作,人机界面能更加直观方便的对机械手的运动过程进行控制和实时监控,本文将使用SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007人机界面软件来对机械手人机界面进行设计,使用PLC编程控制器和人机界面一起对工业机械手的运动过程进行控制。

Abstract

The main content of this paper is based on the PLC mechanical movements of the hand control, industrial machinery hand is the product of industrial production, it is a copy of the upper part of the human body functions, in accordance with predetermined program conveying workpieces or hold the tools to operate the equipment automation technology, to achieve industrial production automation, the promotion of industrial production of the further development plays an important role in. This will be through the PLC program to the manipulator motion control, PLC is a microprocessor as the core of industrial control device, it uses a programmable memory, can be in the implementation of its internal storage logical, sequential control, timer, counter and arithmetic operations such as instructions, and through digital, analog input and output, the control of various types of equipment or production process. In this paper the manipulator relates to the 8course of action, we will be through the V4.0STEP 7MicroWIN SP6PLC programming software on its working process of programming, V4.0STEP 7MicroWIN SP6 programming software operation is simple and convenient, but also through the communications and computer real time on work procedure of the simulation to debug and modify, industrial machinery hand is industrial robot part, is the integration of mechanical and electrical integration, in order to make the industrial manipulator operation has high degree of automation, this paper will also join the manipulator of man-machine interface control, through the touch screen to manipulator's moving process, man-machine interface can be more intuitive and convenient for the manipulator motion process control and real time monitoring, this paper will use the SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007interface software for mechanical hand man-machine interface design, the use of PLC programming controller and human-machine interface for industrial manipulator motion process control.
