第四条：乙方向甲方提供如下支持：
1、合同期间一次性免收美食店加盟费50000元;
2、乙方不参与甲方××店经营

3、乙方无偿提供××店店面形象标识、设计方案及其相关指引;
4、乙方(含乙方指定的食品公司)有义务提供××菜系配方及
技术支持;
5、乙方无偿提供微波炉一台;
6、合作期间内，甲方如果需要在店内增加微波炉、电磁炉、
空调、电饭煲等电器设备，乙方有义务以出厂优惠价提供以上系列
产品(需向××项目组提出书面申请);
7、乙方提供的电器产品在国家规定的三包期内，提供免费的
维修服务;
8、乙方制作部分关于××宣传单页、海报;
9、乙方在媒体上对××店给予宣传推广;
10、其他事项:
第五条：甲方应该尽到如下义务：
1、合法经营，遵守国家的法律、法规、规章等制度;
2、合作期间甲方承担店内、店外装修设计;店内桌面菜单，桌
面立牌可参考《××店专业指南》及附件;
3、店内须增设价格适中的××菜系(不少于10款菜式)供顾客
选择，并在此基础上积极推广××，开发适当特色的××新菜系;
4、店内须积极推广光波炉的消毒杀菌功能，倡导绿色环保;
5、根据双方协商的结果，在店内张贴乙方有关××的宣传品，并根据需要更换××宣传品;
6、将乙方提供的微波炉摆在店内使用，有条件的可摆在醒目
位置，并能让消费者容易识别为galanz产品;
7、应在店内醒目位置设立“××光波炉消毒专区”，有醒目
的宣传品，并且尽可能在顾客面前用光波炉现场消毒;
