关于甲方接受乙方中外籍讲师商务英语培训一事，并根据友好、长期、双赢合作的原则，乙方向甲方提出以下合作建议。

On the matter of Party A accepting Business English Training taught by Chinese and foreign teachers, and based on the principle of friendship, long-term and win-win cooperation, Party B thereby has made the following proposals for cooperation.

一、内容Content

1.方式由甲方到乙方来参加培训学习

3.计划预期学习12周，每周两次课，一次两个小时

4.目的提高学员的英语口语能力以及信函和商务报告写作能力
